Speedy deletion converted to PROD: Irrelevant Whale

Hello Sparklism. I am just letting you know that I have converted the speedy deletion tag that you placed on Irrelevant Whale to a proposed deletion tag, because I do not believe CSD applies to the page in question - it has to go, I would like to speedy it, and I wish we had a speedy for "Blatant WP:NFT", but it's not really a hoax, which implies intent to deceive.
