This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Barbara Buchholz, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.theremin-workshop.com/infoeng.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. A tag has been placed on Barbara Buchholz requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. You will need to re-phrase this in your own words. As it stands, the main part is an exact copy of the webpage. The "Underconstrution"-tag will give youa few days to do so. The reason why you did not get a warning on the userpage is because those pages are always considered "Under Construction" and the bots do not check them. On the positive side, even if the page in mainspace gets nuked ("deleted"), you will still have your draft on the userpage. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 22:29, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Alternatively, you can follow the steps listed at WP:PERMISSION to obtain permission to use the material. The article has been replaced by a standard boilerplate message, as content in copyright infringement may not remain on display on Wikipedia. If you wish to rewrite the article from scratch, please do so on this temporary subpage.
In order to avoid any risks of generating a close paraphrase of the original, you may want to consider writing without using the copy / paste function at all and instead synthesizing several different sources into your own words.
Barring either course of action (verifying permission or rewriting in the temporary subpage), the article will be deleted in 7 days.
If you need any help, you can create a new section on your talk page and add {{helpme}} followed by your request below it, someone will be along shortly to assist you. Alternatively, you may also leave me a message on my talk page. Best regards, MLauba (talk) 13:41, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
And just to correct something mentioned by Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 above: unfortunately, copyrighted material is not allowed anywhere on Wikipedia, and your userspace draft has been deleted accordingly. Note however that the article itself is still there under the boilerplate template, which will allow you to salvage non-copyrighted content. MLauba (talk) 13:47, 2 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Update regarding copyright concern[edit]

Since we do not yet have verification of permission by the processes set out above and sufficient time has passed since the placement of the notice, the article has been deleted for copyright concerns. This deletion is not necessarily permanent. If you have already sent a letter to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike License (CC-BY-SA) and GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) (if you are not the copyright holder or have co-authored the material, release under CC-BY-SA-compatible license alone is sufficient), the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed by the Wikimedia Communications committee. Likewise, if you have not yet sent a letter, you still may (or resend it, if you believe your original may have been lost), and the article will be restored when that letter is received and processed.

As Wikipedia does not require proof of identity on account creation, it is essential that we receive external proof of authorization in order to ensure that we remain compliant with US Copyright law. It is also essential that we verify that copyright holders understand the extent of the release they are authorizing, in that our licenses permit modification and reuse in any forum, even commercial publication, as long as authorship credit is maintained and future copies are compatibly licensed.

Please note that once permission is verified, the material may be evaluated and altered to meet Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Although we appreciate donations, we cannot guarantee that material donated will be retained.

Thank you. Moonriddengirl (talk) 12:21, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have moved the article into article space. The youtube link indicated it was malformed and non-functional, so I have removed it. Before restoring it, corrected, please make sure that the video is not itself a copyright violation. In accordance with policy, we cannot link to copyright infringements. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 01:29, 30 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
