I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited appears to be an article about yourself. Writing about yourself is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians.
As this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. We require individuals to meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable person to accept articles about them. A page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. If it is deleted and you wish to retrieve its contents, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
If your contributions to an existing article about yourself are undone and you wish to add to or change it, please propose the changes on its talk page.

Managing a conflict of interest[edit]
Hello, Simonsingh029. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

"Spelling mistake" corrections[edit]
Hi, Simonsingh029. Editors who are prepared to undertake copyediting tasks such as correcting spelling and grammar errors are very welcome here. However if you do this kind of work you need to ensure that the things you correct are actually wrong to start with. Some of your changes, such as those to Edinburgh Napier University, Swisscom and Cindy Williams (EastEnders) introduced errors rather than correcting them. I've reverted those edits, using the edit description to explain why. These can be seen by looking at the article histories. Please take care with future edits to make sure you don't accidentally introduce errors into the articles. Neiltonks (talk) 10:00, 11 January 2024 (UTC)

It is intended for basic information about yourself, your interests and goals as they relate to editing Wikipedia, as well as disclosures of conflicts of interest and paid editing. Although a lot of freedom is allowed in personalizing your user page, it is not:
- an encyclopedia article (and should not be styled to look like one)
- a workspace for a draft article
- a personal website, blog, or social media site
- a space for self-promotion or other advertising
- a CV, resumé or lengthy autobiography
