Wikipedia and copyright[edit]

Hello Sami Waahid, and welcome to Wikipedia. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.

You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. I was unaware of the editing policies ,now i understand i can not use as self promotion thus plead unblock my ip and account to continue my editing via following the rules policy's of Wikipedia .

General information to reviewing administrators

Although Sami Waahid's contributions to existing articles have appeared as vandalisms to other editors, the user has demonstrated a singular purpose: to get an article on one person published, via AfC or by recreating on article space repeatedly; and to mention the same person on other existing articles tangentially related to said person by citing one blog link (rightly seen as vandalism). Major Abdul Waheed Chowdhury is most likely not notable, or at least they've failed to demonstrate otherwise, so far. I have not found any other cases of vandalism by this user; so it is probably more important to acquire assurances about notability and promotion/spam, then editing competence/constructiveness.
