Leopard Capital[edit]

Your interest in Leopard Capital is appreciated, however it appears you and other editors may have a conflict of interest with respect to this topic. |► ϋrбanяeneωaℓTALK ◄| 18:52, 19 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

richard - if you continue to remove approporiate tagging from the Leopard Capital article, I am going to request that the page be protected and that potentially a block be put into place to prevent you from making edits in violation of restrictions on Neutral Point of View and spamming. I have been supportive of your efforts to create an article but you need to address these issues first. If you want to discuss first please do so. I will remove the tag myself when you have made the required changes. |► ϋrбanяeneωaℓTALK ◄| 21:11, 25 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not sure what you want? The article has about 15 references attributed to all statements of fact. The references are from international new sources such as the New York Times, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and CNBC. What else can be done to show the neutrality of this article. The reason I have so many edits is because I am new to Wikipedia and not quite sure the best way to edit things, so none of the changes I make are very substantial. File source and copyright licensing problem with File:Logo ACLEDA.gif[edit]

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Logo ACLEDA.gif. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, we also need to know the terms of the license that the copyright holder has published the file under, usually done by adding a licensing tag. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged files may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the file will be deleted 48 hours after 12:13, 23 February 2010 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Fred the Oyster (talk) 12:13, 23 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Leopard Capital[edit]

Hi - the Leopard Capital article is the subject of a large number of edits in violation of WP:NPOV and the current status of the article is that is written like a WP:ADVERT. I have noted that the following editors all appear to be WP:SPA with an interest in Leopard Capital and its portfolio companies (ACLEDA Bank, Kingdom Breweries, Nautisco Seafood, CamGSM).

This is one of the most extensive cases of WP:SPA issues in support of promoting a single company. To the extent you kept these edits minimal and constructive I did not want to take more drastic action but at this point the situation has escalated. In the past you have removed tagging of these issues which was not constructive - I have re-tagged Leopard Capital and you should leave these tags in place until the issues are resolved. If you want to attempt to remedy these issues promptly by removing promotional material and changing the tone of the articles that would be acceptable. However, it may become necessary to take further steps including seeking permanent blocks against these accounts and accounts from similar IP addresses. Please ask any questions you may have on this topic. |► ϋrбanяeneωaℓTALK ◄| 12:39, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
