I do not quite understand what your problem ("I can not edit the article anymore") is. What happens if you try? As you could post on my talk page, you are not blocked. The article is also not protected, so you should be able to edit it by clicking here. Whether or not it carries a stub tag is no big deal; at its current length we would usually not give it a stub tag.

The article needs to be wikified, that is, sectioning and wikilinks added (if you don't get around to doing it, someone will do so eventually, but it might take a couple of months). Some info about how to do that is in the Guide to layout. You mentioned something about "the originator from Germany"; I read that to mean that you used a German source to write this article. What is the source you used? Did you translate that source or did you write your own text? Please tell me what you did and I'll tell you how to mention this in the article. Wenn der Artikel eine Übersetzung von der Wedel-Webseite ist, brauchen wir von der Autorin nicht nur die Erlaubnis, den Artikel hier auf Wikipedia zu benutzen, sondern auch die der beliebigen Weiterbenutzung unter den Kriterien der GFDL oder ihren Verzicht auf ihr Copyright. Sobald wir diese haben (das kann durch eine entsprechende Kennzeichnung auf ihrer Webseite erfolgen oder per e-mail, siehe Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission), können wir die Quelle am Ende des Artikels angeben, beispielsweise mit

:''This article incorporates text translated from [http://www.example.org/SomeLink], released under the [[GFDL]] by its author, Marianne Musterfrau.''

Das erzeugt dann

Wenn wir keine PD- oder GFDL-Freigabe der Autorin haben und auch nicht bekommen, verletzt auch eine Übersetzung, nicht nur die direkte Übernahme ihres Textes ihr Urheberrecht und die Seiten müssten gelöscht und neu geschrieben werden. Wenn wir der Interpretation der Autorin folgen und deinen Text nicht als direkte Übersetzung (und damit ein derived work) auffassen, sondern als einen neuen Text, der nur Wissen aus ihrem verwendet, solltest du gar nichts tun, insbesondere, da mittlerweile einiges mit dem Text passiert ist. Für die Zukunft: Es ist immer besser, statt einen im Web gefundenen Text zu übersetzen, unter Verwendung des Materials dort einen neuen Artikel zu verfassen. Die Grenzen sind ein bißchen schwierig zu sehen; daher ist es am besten, mehr als eine Quelle zu verwenden. Die benuzten (nicht direkt abgeschriebenen Quellen) kannst du dann wie in Wikipedia:Citing sources beschrieben zitieren.
