Recent edit reversion[edit]

In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.

I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.

I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. ~~~~ S Philbrick(Talk) 19:46, 4 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please take a look at our conflict of interest policy:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest
The best practices are that you should list corrections and suggestions for improvement on the article talk page. We have a relatively new process to identify a requested COI edit:

You mentioned that the material is "already public on our website". The text discovered by a full copyright. The content of Wikipedia articles should be written in your own words, and should be written by editors who are independent of the subject. S Philbrick(Talk) 14:01, 5 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
We would really like to update our Wikipedia page because the information on there is not correct. What are our options if the persons responsible for updated would be employed by Eleanor Slater? Please advise. 158.123.54.61 (talk) 14:37, 5 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, so if the information currently on our Wikipedia page is inaccurate and inadequate, who is able to amend this page? Please advise 158.123.83.141 (talk) 13:01, 11 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Felida97. I noticed that in this edit to Eleanor Slater Hospital, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Felida97 (talk) 18:34, 16 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The current information is information is incorrect and defamatory. The current author who continues to ‘correct’ Eleanor Slater's information is uniformed and unwilling to provide correct information. Therefore, has failed to meet Wikipedia standards. Please consider restoring information. Thank you RhodeIsland2023 (talk) 18:49, 11 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
