I assume you edited my talk page? Well, read the response and stop your vandalism. You should read all the rules of Wikipedia to stop thinking you're right. Conservoman (talk) 07:02, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

August 2009[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If that proves unsuccessful you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. The Real Libs-speak politely 16:03, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a short time in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy to prevent further disruption caused by your engagement in an edit war. During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. – B.hoteptalk• 16:09, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{unblock|My last edit to the page was to add a description to the song, of which i cited. The "war" crap was about the genre, which i did not touch in my last two edits. You guys removed it without any discussion, so i assume it was just because you automatically reverted because of the war shit above.}}

WP:3RR doesn't pertain only to reverts made to the same content in an article, but the ENTIRE article. And trying to wiggle around the rules is referred to as gaming the system here. --King Öomie 16:22, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Well, i did not fuel the "edit war" so i don't understand why the fuck i would still be banned.

Decline reason:

No grounds for unblocking provided. Nastiness in unblock requests will pretty much automatically get them turned down, too. --jpgordon::==( o ) 16:36, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Are you kidding me? No grounds? I just said. I didn't do anything to get myself blocked. I edited the page and cited it, and was mistakened to be fueling an "edit war".

Decline reason:

You violated the three revert rule and were blocked. Please also read the unblock guide to see how to write a persuasive unblock request. TNXMan 17:41, 27 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
