Twitter[edit]

Twitter should be wary of allowing new account sign-ups from Tor, virtual private networks, proxy servers and disposable email addresses. Frankly, I have been disappointed by the media coverage of this issue so far. It has been clear for a long time that a hard core of Twitter users are abusing multiple accounts and proxies. When they get banned from one account, they move on to the next throwaway account. Unless this is tackled, the "report abuse" button will be of little use. In China, Sina Weibo introduced a rule in 2012 that users must have a verified real life identity. Otherwise, they are not allowed to post on the site. Critics said that this was to censor controversial material about the Chinese government, but as in the UK there had been a problem with hoaxes and nonsense.[1] Google+ has also been criticised for its "real name" policy.[2] Allowing people to post anonymously carries the risk of abuse by idiots, but demanding checks on a person's real life identity when they sign up for an account also has its problems. PZ Myers[edit]

BLP isn't the strongest of my suits, but we should definitely be careful about using Myers' own blog as a "third-party [source] about living people", per WP:SPS - dancing around the details by naming no names but providing clear references for the curious is, I suspect, not enough to legally cover Wikipedia's back. Same deal. It doesn't matter whether we say "X accused Y of Z" in X's article, in Y's article, the article about Z or the article about blueberry muffins, it's always a BLP problem if Wikipedia is potentially libelling somebody on the basis of a statement that someone was brave enough to make on their own blog, but which no press source has yet touched. The ethical issue is difficult, Myers and I both thought protecting potential victims from a possible serial rapist was of paramount importance. I didn't know you were atheist![edit]

I am a Traditionalist Catholic who try my best to follow my religion prior to the Second Vatican Council. I am also gay, semi-open and is legally married to my husband of 5 years, who is also a devout Catholic. We receive communion on the tongue at my parish. We do not discuss our homosexuality on Church grounds at all. My priest knows about me but lets us have Holy Communion anyway due to my overwhelming assistance and participation in pious activities at church.

You wouldn't believe me if I told you that Pope Francis himself, sent me and my husband a papal blessing approving our marriage, in Holy Matrimony, in clear writing in Italian.

We knew Vatican politics well and waited for Monsignor Guido Pozzo to be kicked out, and processed the application via Archbishop Konrad Krajeswki. It bears the seal of the Pope's dry stamp as well as the signature of Archbishop Krajewski.

And we also have a written letter (small note) about 4x6" inches from Pope Francis praying for our marriage, including the charity quote from Corinthians. it has his signature at the bottom and the watermark of the papal keys when you hold it against the light.

but I am sworn under penalty of excommunication to keep the documents and my identity in secret, this was clearly stated to us by Tarcisio Bertone. I swear to obey that vow unto my grave.

You probably think I am bullshitting, or this is some sort of a Prank. I DARE you to think I am joking.

I second what Jytdog says and would like to call your attention to WP:NPA, a policy that expressly forbids such personal attacks. It would be unacceptable to say what you said to any editor, but the fact that you said it to Flyer22, who has a long and distinguished track record of adding neutral, unbiased content across a wide range of articles, is really puzzling. You've been around long enough that one is reluctant to template you, but please consider striking your remark about Bible Belt Christians and being a little more careful not to jump to conclusions about the motivations of other editors. The whole "game mechanics" section does not even discuss the game mechanics. It's just a bunch of links to a bunch of news articles going "this game is addictive".
