The article Phallumegaly has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A made-up condition from an episode of How I Met Your Mother. The term does not exist.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. – Thjarkur (talk) 14:36, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. We don't write about fiction in an in-universe style, so "extremitiesquarterly.com" can obviously not be cited for things that are presented as fact. – Thjarkur (talk) 14:39, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Hi. That you say it's fiction. Doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It's your subjective view on the matter. A different word for Phallumegaly is Macropenis, which will redirect you to Penis/phallus here on wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by PaulvanDoorenmalen (talkcontribs) 15:39, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Since Wikipedia only follows what reliable sources say, it's not a subjective matter whether this condition (and more specifically, this term) exists in reality or only exists in a TV show. – Thjarkur (talk) 15:42, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

your implying that Clitoromegaly is fiction to. since it's a rare condition hardly any cases are documented. Clitoromegaly has a total of 3 google pages with content. which if you look to the size of the entire web is almost nothing. Next to the fact that most men probably don't see their "large penis" as a problem. — Preceding unsigned comment added by PaulvanDoorenmalen (talkcontribs) 16:21, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The term "Phallumegaly" does not exist outside of the TV show so it doesn't belong in an encyclopedia. Please search 'Clitoromegaly' in PubMed where you will find hundreds of medical sources about the topic. – Thjarkur (talk) 17:28, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You should look up: Megalopenis, megalophallus, macrophallus, macropenis. phallumegaly is a different word for a medical condition resulting in a megalopenis.

It is not a medical term. It is a word made up for a TV show, not used by anyone outside of the show's fans, so it does not belong in an encyclopedia. ... discospinster talk 17:59, 23 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
