License tagging for Image:Incorpscot.pdf[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Incorpscot.pdf. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. If you are concerned about your use of computers being identified, why not use your account? This does not log the IP address of the computer you are using. Dear Yopie, Please do not confuse advertising/soapbox material in an effort to communicate what is factual and correct. I have requested some significant edits on the OSMTH page and have given reasoned arguement to that effect. My initial complaint is that we went through all of this in 2007 and acheived a correct and factual version only to have it vandalised by those who do not know any better in the following years.
