Hi! I was just looking at the page you created, Philippine fleet. I put tags on it to indicate what it needs. (Sorry about that.) The article needs to list reliable sources as references or bibliography. It would be good if you would say where you got the information.

I also marked it "wikify". Don't worry too much about that. It just means the format needs to be changed to match the way Wikipedia articles look. See Wikipedia:Wikify. If you need help, just ask me by posting a question on my talk page.
