Publishing my first article "Chinese in the Mississippi Delta"[edit]

Hello people at wikipedia, I am a new user to wikipedia and am attempting to publish my first article, Chinese in the Mississippi Delta" to wikipedia, but have no idea how to move it from my sandbox to being an official article on wikipedia, can anyone help me out?
