Suggesting a full block[edit]

Not limited to specific topics, for 63.155.99.165 (talk · contribs), who is also Kevin Funcle (talk · contribs). Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 22:58, 31 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like it's handled, though your message made it sound as if I'd previously imposed a partial-block; did I miss something? OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:34, 31 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, you'd imposed a range-wide block for multiple topics back in July. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 23:43, 31 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, OK, on the /17 range. That was intended for a completely different LTA which hasn't been active lately. There's a fair amount of reasonable editing from that range, so I was trying to avoid collateral. Ping me if the editor behind 63.155.99.165 manages to get a new IP. OhNoitsJamie Talk 00:58, 1 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Understood. Probably a good idea to keep an eye open for those and related articles, should they decide to whitewash some American history again. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 01:44, 1 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Explanation for block[edit]

Could you please provide an explanation for the block for the user 2600:100E:B0D3:C43:5858:28D9:3780:BF96. They have not edited and you have blocked them for disruptive editing. Please see User talk:2600:100E:B0D3:C43:5858:28D9:3780:BF96 for the unblock request filed. Mr. Heart (talk) 14:13, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

HeartatSchool, The block appears to be a large range block, a /39 to be exact. ~6.1897002e+26 IPv6 addresses.
Seems they got caught in the crossfire. —moonythedwarf (Braden N.) 14:15, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If you have Highlight likely problem edits with colors and an "r" for "needs review enabled in your Preferences -> Watchlist, you'll see that [1] has quite a lot of yellow; lots of nasty BLP edits, middle-school vandalism types of edits. I try to avoid full blocks on large ranges, but it seemed warranted in this case. It's also worth noting that it's a cellular range (Verizon Wireless); those ranges are frequently blocked. I know that the range my phone typically uses is almost always blocked. OhNoitsJamie Talk 14:34, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Ohnoitsjamie, I've hit two noticeboards for this, and until the paid accounts are blocked it's just whack-a-mole. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 17:29, 2 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What are the chances...[edit]

...that extending this range block (2409:4061::/34) site wide would not have too much collateral damage? The individual behind that range appears not to understand, or care, what they are doing. Tiderolls 20:05, 3 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Is this in referrence to the recent GPS-related spamming? I just blocked/tagged that IP, which according to the WHOIS records, is actually part of 2409:4061:2000::/36. It's not unprecedented to block ranges that size, but I try to avoid it unless it gets bad. It's borderline at this point; most of the disruption seems to be of the WP:CIR variety. Do you think we're at a point where /34 or /36 needs to be converted to a full block? (I wouldn've have complained if you or another admin had upgraded it).OhNoitsJamie Talk 20:19, 3 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, the GPS stuff...you probably saw my revdels of the copyvios. I'm pretty sure it's someone that doesn't understand what we do here; they just wouldn't stop and discuss. I don't delve into range blocks...I'd much rather depend on more knowledgeable folks. I'm all for extending rope. If need be we can clamp down in the future. No source ?[edit]

Thank you for your kind advice but I am quite surprised by your own interpretation: in the very first note (4), about Kiribati, I do include a quote and quite a good one (Walsh, 2020). exactly this one: Walsh, Michael Ravell (2020). A History of Kiribati: From the Earliest Times to the 40th Anniversary of the Republic. ISBN 9-79869535-895-7.

Not enough time to check the other 2. With kind regards (Reply only here please).--Arorae (talk) 14:17, 5 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
"(Walsh 2020)" makes it burdensome for the reader to figure out what source you are referring to. I didn't see any existing mentions of Walsh in the article. Please use the citation above when you re-add the material. OhNoitsJamie Talk 14:24, 5 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I saw that you indefinitely template move protected this page in September. Was this on purpose? I've never seen it done before and I see no reason why it would be done here. --Trialpears (talk) 21:29, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's just a step down from full protection. It increases the number of trusted users to can perform the action to include this list. I started using that for page creation/move protection in some cases based on advise from someone else, though unfortunately I haven't been able to dig up the original conversation in my archives. OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:41, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Neat. I guess it could speed up edit request response times with zero added risk. I'm not complaining! --Trialpears (talk) 21:58, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Might be a little overkill on that page; though it does prevent users from gaming autoconfirmation to get around semi-protection. OhNoitsJamie Talk 22:03, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

152.0.131.245[edit]

Is there by any chance you could block this IP user? Because he’s clearly violating the policy for reverting edits back and fourth and for making these unnecessary article protected requests over occupations... I mean occupations are not a big deal at all, but he clear thinks they are. This who occupation thing with him is getting ridiculous and he needs to be block for making these unnecessary removals and reverting edits. Plus, he also this IP user too, 148.101.50.194. 2600:1000:B040:BB79:4581:F63D:C493:5D28 (talk) 00:36, 7 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's not simple content dispute.[edit]

Check this librarian talk page where I tried to solve this issue The user is now even trolling instead to defend his position he did a copypaste (from what I wrote) twice, in both my talk page and the ANI:Vandalism, after I reported him as well as in the talk page of Materialscientist.

This user's account (Giolocam (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log)) has been clearly made to edit these specifical 2 pages with invented data. He has broken as well the 3 revert rule. We have tried to mediate but it's impossible, he's not replying in his talk page, he's not doing anything to try to solve the issue. In fact he's now just reverting all my edits and doing copypastes about what I write. Isn't this Wikipedia:Trolling? --Pfarla (talk) 02:15, 11 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Unknown IP returns to attack after protection expired[edit]

The IP of unknown origin keeps removing and changing the occupation of the actor in the infobox and initial sentence of the others after warnings see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/76.127.159.62 and accompanied by several IPs that repeatedly add the term voice actor to the infoboxes of the following actors see: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Scott_McNeil&diff=988196683&oldid=986677733, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Garry_Chalk&diff=988387854&oldid=988097707, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Brent_Miller_(actor)&diff=988224781&oldid=988008207, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Brent_Miller_(actor)&diff=prev&oldid=988224781, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Andrew_Francis&diff=next&oldid=987895353, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Patrick_Warburton&diff=987890426&oldid=987603116 and recently https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Diedrich_Bader&diff=988730254&oldid=987412416 and https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Diedrich_Bader&diff=next&oldid=988730254

These are all the reviews that I gave you and apparently I think they are obsessed with their reversals of various IPs that were trying to change and improve the opening sentences because you know, they don't go there and they keep insisting that they leave it as they were, use their modes of operandi in some editions. 148.101.54.205 (talk) 05:27, 15 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, it's not really clear to me where the disruption is here, though there may be some conventions for actors I'm not aware of; I'd suggest posting in WP:WikiProject_Actors_and_Filmmakers. OhNoitsJamie Talk 14:13, 15 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 01:20, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I see you have also been dealing with this editor. If you look at the page history at Magee, Mississippi, you can see at least six different accounts this editor has used. My concern is that the talk page of each account is filled with warnings, and at least one block. I think this is more a struggling editor, rather than a sock. I'd appreciate your input. Cheers. Magnolia677 (talk) 11:05, 24 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I'd noticed that as well; there wasn't any attempt to mask their identity, and none of the previous accounts were indef'd, leading me to think the edits are in good faith but they weren't very good at keeping track of passwords. To your point, given the number of warnings spread around the various accounts, we may be approaching the need for a longer block if disruption continues. Partial -> sitewide?[edit]

Hi. Please see the latest work of this IP editor who you have under a partial rangeblock. Lately I saw some strange editing from this guy at History of Wikipedia and Outline of Wikipedia and am wondering if the rangeblock should be changed to sitewide. If you examine the full set of contribs you may notice that most of them are being reverted. Even though /34 sounds like a wide block I don't think we would be losing much with a sitewide block of the same range with the same expiry. Thanks, EdJohnston (talk) 18:11, 28 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, partial-block isn't cutting it here; probably more than one disruptive editor, too few useful edits. Upgraded. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:50, 28 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The disruptive edits still seem to be slipping through the cracks, including this one which continues to be added to Outline of Wikipedia.

Coolie No.1 (2020 film)[edit]

Hello Ohnoitsjamie, both the films Coolie No. 1 (1995 film) and Coolie No. 1 (2020 film) are the remake of 1991 Telugu film Coolie No. 1 (1991 film). I made this edit in the Coolie No. 1 (2020 film) article. I have also added a reference to that. It is not a Tamil film. I reviewed the plots of the three films i.e, Telugu, Hindi and Tamil and found that Telugu and Hindi versions are similar. So, then I found that the Tamil film was remade only in Telugu with the name Chinna Alludu. So, as the article is semi-protected, please consider my edits or you may edit it. You were already given edit-warring notices on the IP page you edited from, which contain plenty of links about our editing process, including WP:BRD. Further edit-warring will result in an immediate block.OhNoitsJamie Talk 18:19, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, i just don't get why I'm the one receiving the warning I put notes in all the edits I've published and even approached him to reach an agreement, he's clearly trolling or biased on the topic. BlueLight05 (talk) 19:11, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
They reverted again and when I reverted their edit and left an explanation on the talk page, they found nothing better to do than leave 2 (make that 3) edit warring notices on my talk page[4][5][6] in a row (while ignoring the talk page). I rest my case. M.Bitton (talk) 16:33, 17 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Consider adding Avasthi, Draft:Varun Avasthi, and, should it ever be created, Varun Avasthi to this IP range's page-block list. See page history of Avasthi for the reason why. Consider creating an edit filter for the word Digicodes when used by a new editor or non-logged-in editor. davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 22:50, 16 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Protect edit on Essec Business School page[edit]

Good evening, You have put a protection on Essec Business School page.

I would like to express my opposition to the paragraph "Controversies" added by Otterslort on décember 8. I find it off topic and inappropriate.

I made a deletion request on the Talk page

And here is the positive responce received from PraiseVivec : Yes - The Controversies section should be removed on the following grounds: 1. it identifies the student by name, which can lead to unsavory repercussions, 2. it seems a rather isolated incident that doesn't actually have much to do with the school, except for the fact that this person goes there, 3. it's not really that notable. The person who caused the incident is definetly not notable and Wikipedia is not a repository of every single stupid and racist thing anybody has ever done.

So what's next ? I ask you to please remove the protection and delete the paragraph and the references 17,18,19.

What can be done to avoid Otterslort or Aurepelav or other to undid this revision like they already did ?

Thanks

Best regards

Athewa (talk) 01:49, 17 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Ohnoitsjamie. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Shri Rupnarayanji Temple".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 21:30, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Ohnoitsjamie: Hey, jamie. I just wanted to give you a heads-up that I recently edited the 'Design' section of the article Mobile Government Plaza to re-include information about the atrium roof's major design flaw (leaks during heavy rainfall). Unlike previous versions of the article, however, this rewrite doesn't treat the issue as a current event, and instead covers its repair as well (i.e. that the entire roof had to be replaced), and I feel I've written the small section in an overall more encyclopedic manner.

Because of this, I do not feel that the section should be removed, as it's important information about its original design – a major problem which received sustained coverage, persisted for most of the building's current lifespan, and is now represented in a more comprehensive, encyclopedic way. Nonetheless, you were the administrator who removed the original excerpt from the article (and then had to deal with a block evader), so even though I believe my edit is substantially more suited to the article, I felt it was my responsibility to notify you to see if you could recommend any way the subsection could be improved.

All the best. TheTechnician27 (Talk page) 21:37, 18 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Your additions to that article are well-sourced and reasonable, no objections here. My previous issues with additions from a (now blocked) user had to do with a pattern of POV-pushing that user was consistently engaging in. I appreciate you running it by me though. The definition of a broadcast signal intrusion[edit]

By the account of other examples listed on broadcast signal intrusion, the definition of a broadcast signal intrusion can also mean a hacking of broadcast equipment and/or insertion of an alternate feed into programming. --2601:199:4181:E00:AC6C:F960:27A0:FF28 (talk) 21:04, 24 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not talking about the sources the describe the incidents (i.e., this ref about the incident itself; I'm talking about a source that says an employee at the station adding audio or someone hacking into a local provider falls under the definition of a "broadcast signal intrusion." Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed[edit]

I am confused about your recent edit to this article [7] in which you say "Domestically, the nation was divided in its support for the new president, with much of the opposition coming from clans based in the south-central parts of the country". I cannot see any reference to 'south-central' Somalia in the sources and also there is no geo-political area called south-central, although south-west is mentioned several times in one of the articles referring to a south-west region. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to clarify for me what you mean by 'south-central' and point out if there is something I am missing in the references. Much obliged. Amirah talk 13:07, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

From the Reuters source: Warsame comes from Somalia’s formidable Habar Gidir clan, which is spread across south-central Somalia and from theeastafrican: ...interference with federal member states and elections in Puntland and South West State. I'm far from an expert on Somali politics, so my paraphrasing and interpretation of the sources may need some tweaking. I was attempting to summarize the situation regarding Mohamaed's support base; the sources seem to suggest that pro or against tends to fall along clan lines, which I assumed also had a geographic component. However, looking at a map like this, I'm not sure how useful it is to describe it in terms of geography. I'm going to continue with this topic on the article's talk page for better visibility. OhNoitsJamie Talk 14:58, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for this clarification. I can now see the reference to south central in the Reuters article. I also noticed today that the Wikipedia article on Marehan sub-clan (Farmaajo's clan) refers to south central Somalia. I'll continue the discussion with you on the article's talk page. Frank L. Douglas[edit]

If you have a little time and interest, perhaps you would look over what I've done with Frank L. Douglas. Some non-controversial details are still sourced to his CV/similar (mostly timeline stuff), but I think I've backed up everything that might be an assertion of notability. (I also trimmed down a fair bit, in what I hope is good taste.) But there's a bit more skilled self-promotion here than with the typical academic whose bio I work on, and I'd appreciate the second set of eyes. Hey, I think I may be more strict on the BLP than you are. I looked at the report, and while it has some validity as a report, there's no follow-up, no news coverage presented, the whole thing might have been cleared up later, it was 16 years ago, etc.--so I'm going to revdelete it. If you think that's too much, please let me know. Thanks, Drmies (talk) 15:39, 11 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

YSN Fab Deletion[edit]

Hey Jamie, you recently deleted the page YSN Fab very swiftly without giving me a 7 day chance to improve sources and whatnot. That is fine although since you deleted it because of the no notable sources reason, is it possible that you move that deleted article to a draft so I could work on it before publishing? Thanks a bunch. UpcomingPurse (talk) 04:03, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Per WP:A7 speedy deletion criteria, we don't need to give you 7 days. I've recreated it Draft:YSN_Fab, but I suggest you go through the Articles for creation process. The current version has zero independent sources that meet WP:RS qualifications. OhNoitsJamie Talk 04:26, 15 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

When it is appropriate to relist AfD discussions?[edit]

Should this be relisted or closed? 20:53, 18 January 2021 (UTC)

It could go either way (close as no-consensus, relisted); I'd lean a bit toward re-listing. I should note that Wikipedia tends to a little looser in the application of standard WP:GNG criteria toward secondary schools (see Wikipedia:Notability_(high_schools)) as long as it can be verified that it's an actual secondary school. OhNoitsJamie Talk 00:31, 19 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Requesting Your Input![edit]

I have mixed feelings about it; on one hand, I support the goals of the Women in Red project; on the other hand, I'm not sure that we should make an exception in our usual notability criteria to further the goals of that project. Let's consider for a moment if the subject wasn't listed on the WIR project; were that the case, I'd likely !vote "delete" as none of those sources seems to represent any depth of coverage. On the other hand, there is WP:RECENTISM to consider in terms of availability of sources now versus during the subject's lifetime. It sounds like that list is predicated on a paragraph in a single encyclopedia (as far as I can tell, the other sources just mention her works); whether or being listed in that work confers notability is debatable. Was the author of that encyclopedia trying to make an exhaustive list of women who'd published music? OhNoitsJamie Talk 14:17, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Financial markets content project[edit]

Hello,

My name is Tijana and I am a team leader of Wikinvesting.com project. Along with five of my colleagues and friends who are investment and trading enthusiasts, I have started the Wikinvesting which is based on MediaWiki platform.

Wikinvesting is a non-profit, game-changing movement which aims to round up all those individuals who believe that unbiased financial market information and knowledge should be extensively available to everyone. And this is also how I got to you :) Namely, I was searching for information I needed on financial markets and I have noticed that there isn’t a lot of "useful" information available on Wikipedia (to my surprise). In addition to that, the information available through sites such as Investopedia or Investing is tightly controlled by the business owners and hence easily manipulated. Simply, traders like me could not trust such sources in planning the investment and trading strategy...

So, what we want to create is a base where active or aspiring traders, content writers, investors, and generally financial enthusiasts will share their knowledge and experience, discuss investment opportunities, analyze news etc., all for the purpose of wikinvesting becoming the biggest financial knowledge “open source” base. I am not sure if you are familiar with the recent case of GameStop where gaming enthusiasts gather around the GameStop via reddit forum and prevented the hedge funds from sinking it down. They were basically our inspiration to starting this project.

I would love to share more information about this project with you and also discuss future potential opportunities, hence if you are interested, please let me know so we can continue this on our slack channel.

Cheers,

Continued POV vandalism at Fatima Sheikh[edit]

Based on the similarity of the edits it looks like User:Starlordnikhil has now resumed disruptive editing, but with an IP after receiving multiple warnings yesterday. Best, GPL93 (talk) 17:14, 17 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

We're gonna need a bigger block[edit]

Perhaps: [11]. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 05:17, 21 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I've expanded the full block to a month after looking over the last 50 edits. A handful of OK edits, mostly bad. OhNoitsJamie Talk 15:14, 21 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Can you take a look at this?[edit]

[12]

I see that you've left this user a few warning templates, including a level 4. In the above edit, they replaced references from The Sunday Times and Vulture.com with one from Popsugar, saying that the former references were "wrong".  Bait30  Talk 2 me pls? 02:22, 22 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Possible edit warring on Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed and 2021 Somali presidential election[edit]

I am concerned about reverts made to my edits on the above two pages. As always, I believe that my edits are a true reflection of what is being published in the media. I would like to open a discussion on the article talk page about the current developments and am drawing your attention to what is going on due to your previous involvement with the Mohamed Abdullahi Mohamed page and due to the fact that you are an admin with more experience than myself at editing Wikipedia. I would appreciate if you have time to review my recent edits, to confirm that they are a true and accurate reflection of the valid cited sources and the reverts which were made to them by a new editor. Many thanks, Amirah talk 17:26, 22 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Fly tying[edit]

@Ohnoitsjamie: I read your comment about the list of notable fly tyers on the Fly tying article. This article is not a list. I looked up the reference that you made. It doesn't say that they have to have Wikipedia articles. I used the criteria that the notable fly tyers were named as notable in major fly tying magazines, historical texts, famous flys that they created, and fly tying organization lists of famous fly tyers. Would you put these names back. You also removed one of the references that was used in multiple names. Just trying to understand where you were coming from and why my criteria was not sufficient. Do I just need to expand what notable is?

-- Talk to G Moore 00:49, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

We don't list names in such lists like this unless (1) the subject has an article or (2) the subject clearly meets WP:BIO notability criteria such that they would probably be eligible to have an article (i.e., having participate in an Olympic Games meets WP:ATHLETE, so we could include the name of an athlete in an article even if there wasn't an existing article). My apologies for inadvertently removing a source that was used elsewhere. I'll fix that if you haven't already done so.

It's great that you are expanding the article, although some of your sources may be a little questionable in terms of WP:RS; I understand that for specialty topics like this, we have less sources to choose from, but personal blogs about fly-tying would generally not meet those criteria. For instance, flytierspage.com is unlikely to meet WP:RS, whereas Fly Tyer magazine is likely fine. OhNoitsJamie Talk 01:10, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

PS You don't need to use the PING function if you're posting on someone's talk page. That's only if you're posting on any other talk page and would like them to be notified. 01:17, 24 February 2021 (UTC)

Ack, it has this stupid "feature" of using of mapping a press of the scroll wheel to a paste operation, which unfortunately isn't easy to disable in the OS I use. :( OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:07, 24 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Strange[edit]

Hi. Could you please have a look at the difference between this diff and the messages displayed and tell me what you think? The part that is puzzling me is my name appearing in the first message that was left by "Maylingoed" as Hello, I'm M.Bitton, even though there is no indication that either of us wrote it. Thanks. M.Bitton (talk) 00:55, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello M.Bitton and Ohnoitsjamie. That's rather entertaining. The history suggests that Maylingoed forgot to substitute uw-vandalism1 when they left their warning. Then when you were editing the page to add your message, Maylingoed's vandalism template got expanded using your user id. EdJohnston (talk) 01:32, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Yup, was just about to posit the same thing. Thanks to the bot for fixing it! OhNoitsJamie Talk 02:52, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the explanation (which makes sense once the missing substitution is highlighted). Regards. M.Bitton (talk) 14:51, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
