Hannah Montana 3 (soundtrack)[edit]

See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hannah Montana 3 (soundtrack). Blogs can't be used as a reference and the release date in that blog has already passed. Also the cover image is a fake. --NrDg 00:25, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

First thing, there was no release date on that blog page, and second, how are you so sure that the cover is a fake. All relevant sources (For example, if you were to search the United States iTunes store for Hannah Montana 3, the cover for the TV series is taken from the album cover on the blog page) i am 100 % sure that that is the real cover and that there is a Hannah Montana 3 Album being released, as the season 3 concert was filmed, with songs from the album, and Miley Cyrus has been sighted going to the studio recording the songs and songs have been on Radio Disney and leaked onto the internet.Neighbours564eva (talk) 00:34, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
First read the AfD discussion. Then look at Disney Music official list of upcoming albums. When it becomes real, Disney will have something on it. Also look at WP:CRYSTAL. Just because something is likely does not mean we write an article about it, we still need references to reliable sources which http://mrandmrshighlights.blogspot.com/2008/11/its-miley-hannah-montana-3-soundtrack.html is not - it is a blog with unknown editorial control and fact checking. Extremely rare for blogs to be used as reliable sources. Fan sites have the same problem. Note the blog posting states "It will be released on January 13, 2009 by Walt Disney Records", that was 2 days ago. Cover image is not available on any Disney site or as a pre-release on Amazon. Highly likely it is a fan creation or a leaked proposed cover - not likely to be the real one. Again the blog is not trusted to have correct information and that includes a picture said to be the album cover. --NrDg 00:54, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yes that is very true, but one thing i would like to point out is, i did not recreate the article, someone else did, i was simply cleaning it up, it was a huge messNeighbours564eva (talk) 00:57, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It has been created and deleted three times now, the last creation was by User:Dannyhumphrey1. I noticed that you were adding wikilinks to other articles so checked to see if the article was created again. I hoped that someone had found a reliable source to back it up and saw only the blog posting. I just wanted to let you know as you were working on it and I didn't want to see you go to lot of effort with unusable sources. If you can find something reliable that we can use to justify the article, that would be great. The fact that it is not on the Disney official site may mean that details have not been finalized by Disney and that includes which of the Season 3 songs will actually be on the album, it may not be all of them. I appreciate your efforts to improve the article, it is just not time yet for this one. --NrDg 01:09, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Adoption offer[edit]

Hi Neighbours564eva. Saw that you were looking for an adopter and just wanted to let you know that I'd be happy to fill the role! I'm glad to see you've already been doing some editing and would like to assist you at least until you reach Apprentice editor status. If you'd rather someone else or are no longer interested, no sweat...just let me know :) --Eustress (talk) 02:24, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Adoption welcome[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia, Neighbours564eva, and thanks for choosing me as your adopter. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I think you'll enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! As an initial pointer, remember to sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}} before the question. I will watch your contributions page and help out where needed, and if there is a specific article you would like me to help work on, just let me know. The Adopt-a-User program is pretty informal—basically I'm just here to help with whatever—but there are some resources available to adoptees. Again, welcome! --Eustress (talk) 01:10, 23 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notes for you[edit]

Hello. Hope all is well. I've reviewed a few of your recent edits and have some suggestions. First, be sure to always include an edit summary with each edit, so that others can easily tell what you've done and understand your rationale if one is needed. Secondly, if you review WP:MOS (which is quite extensive and will take some time to scour), note that subsection headings are lowercase except for the first word and proper nouns (see my heading above, for example, "Notes for you"). The last thing is to try to support all additions with reliable sources. There is a little bit of leeway with plot summaries, but the rule of thumb is to include citations or it can be deleted.

Keep up the good work! --Eustress (talk) 05:06, 29 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You appear to be inactive, so I have close the adoption. However, feel free to reach out to me if you ever need any assistance. —Eustress talk 23:29, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Wow I really did forget about this account! I would like to thank you Eustress for assisting me all those years ago! I thought I would stop by here and start to close this account, as I have decided to get back into Wikipedia and start with new account, start fresh. But yes, thank you for all you have helped me with (and I wish I could have said thanks years ago!!) and I wish you the very best in all areas of Wikipedia and the real world! :) Neighbours564eva (talk) 08:32, 2 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
