Welcome

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate encyclopedic contributions, but some of your recent edits do not conform to our policies. For more information on this, see Wikipedia's policies on vandalism and limits on acceptable additions. If you'd like to experiment with the wiki's syntax, please do so on Wikipedia:Sandbox rather than in articles.

If you still have questions, there is a new contributor's help page, or you can write {{helpme}} below this message along with a question and someone will be along to answer it shortly. You may also find the following pages useful for a general introduction to Wikipedia.

I hope you enjoy editing Wikipedia! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to write a note on the bottom of my talk page if you want to get in touch with me. Again, welcome! --Darkwind (talk) 05:47, 21 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not continue to make unconstructive edits to pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. Bradjamesbrown (talk) 14:20, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Topeka[edit]

Please see Talk:Topeka, Kansas. Ks0stm If you reply here, please leave me a {{Talkback}} message on my talk page. 14:23, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not use talk pages such as Talk:Wife selling for general discussion of the topic. They are for discussion related to improving the article. They are not to be used as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See here for more information. Thank you. This is the final warning you will receive regarding your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Wife selling. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Parrot of Doom 16:09, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request for administrator[edit]

Hi! You requested an administrator's attention, so I've added your talk page to my watch list. So far, nearly all of your edits have been grossly inappropriate. I strongly suggest that you familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's rules before continuing to edit; at the moment, it appears that blocking you from editing will be better for the encyclopedia than allowing you to continue damaging the encyclopedia. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 16:22, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, Ned. Why did you remove the partial page protection template. ~

OH. I see. Please stop. Dlohcierekim 02:02, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

'm sorry I thought it reflected consensus.? :( Please don't block me. NedTugent (talk) 02:05, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been temporarily blocked from editing for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first. Dlohcierekim 02:09, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You really need to think before you edit. In reviewing your edits I see a lot of problems. Please use this time to become more familiar with how things operate and be more careful when your block expires. Thanks Dlohcierekim 02:14, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The reason for the semi protection is because the article needs to be protected against vandalism. Taking the template off does not undo the protection. Even if you were trusted to protect or unprotect an article, it would be better to discuss with the protecting admin before unprotecting. Thanks Dlohcierekim 02:17, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unconstructive?? I was just enforcing the rules is all. no need to get all bothered and hot. NedTugent (talk)
Yeah, well. No point getting abusive, even on a talk page. It's like hitting your head against a brick wall. Aymatth2 (talk) 02:51, 10 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry bout that I can get a bit short sometimes. Next time i'll keep it amiable. NedTugent (talk) 02:54, 10 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
