Odisha article references[edit]

Hi, Murugama. A user has expressed concern over the references you used in the Odisha. The editor User:Gazoth is concerned about the validity of the references you added and wishes to talk to you about them on the talk page of the article. I believe the issue is that the original URLs you used were missing the ".html". You later added them but this was missed which caused a misunderstanding. If you do not know how to use talk pages, please read Help:Talk pages. Jason Quinn (talk) 17:42, 17 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi ,Jason Quinn..Thank you for your valuable guidance and suggestions. I will discuss it on my talkpage and try my best to quickly resolve the dispute .Murugama (talk) 03:46, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

April 2018[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.SpacemanSpiff 04:11, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • It's also obvious that you are evading your block, I will block you shortly unless I get a convincing explanation.—SpacemanSpiff 04:13, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Block threat[edit]

Hi ,Jason Quinn ,please help me. Users are giving me block threat without justification.Murugama (talk) 09:19, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

There's a larger backstory to your edits than was first evident. The block threat is not without justification. After examining more edits, I concur with Gazoth and SpacemanSpiff's that it is likely you are actually User:Rajrajh and you are evading a block. If true, this account should be blocked as per WP:BLOCKEVASION. I will do it myself. I will leave your talk page unblocked in case you can provide the "convincing explanation" requested that you are not Rajrajh.
Wikipedia has a lot of rules. We take copyright violations like the Rajrajh account added very seriously. Assuming you are Rajrajh and that you still wish to become a Wikipedian, I recommend you familiarize yourself with our policies and guideline a bit more and read and consider Wikipedia:Clean start for the future. I believe you are somebody who wishes to contribute positively but made mistakes. Jason Quinn (talk) 15:57, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of Indefinate for "evading block of account User:Rajrajh", as you did at Odisha. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Jason Quinn (talk) 16:04, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.
