Stop editing your company page[edit]

I see your name in the edit history and also the page, listed as the founder or CEO. Stop editing this page please as it is a conflict of interest which can lead to you being banned from Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not her to act as an advertising platform for your company. You can get your own web site and advertise yourself all you like :) HappyValleyEditor (talk) 16:47, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Kikai Labs is now closed but it played a key role in developing the 3D printer market and ecosystem in Argentina, and was recognized for it with several important awards and contracts. Mruizcamauer (talk) 17:43, 13 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

my reply[edit]

This is my first wikipedia article, please excuse if I am not terribly familar with procedures. I am just adding a listing on Kikai (yes, I am the founder!) to match the entries of other companies listed in the page I referenced earlier. I am trying to be objective, and leave this for posterity because I think it is important. I am not trying to "sell" the company. But it seems to be comparable to the other listed companies in tone... It is important historically (in Argentina) to have a company making 3d printers, just as it would be interesting if it were an airplane or car manufacturer. It is also interesting to the RepRap community to see how products derived from that project evolved over time and became more sophisticated, which is the reason for listing the products.

Check out [[1]], look at Makerbot or any other one... my entry is similar.

Proposed deletion of Kikai Labs[edit]

The article Kikai Labs has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable company. Two very minor industry awards. Page created by company founder.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. my reply[edit]

I will improve the article, but I'm concerned that you can judge if it's relevant or not to others without being from Argentina or the region, and judging it differently than other companies listed in the index of 3D printed companies... there are companies from all over the world listed there, just as relevant or irrelevant as Kikai Labs... Will you delete all of them too? Mruizcamauer (talk) 18:50, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
