Unacceptable talkpage use again

Monsyn, despite my message here two weeks ago, you have continued with your personal attacks againt me, and others, by casting aspersions. Today you added these comments to the Talk:Welsh Not page:

Why not engage constructively, and if you have a problem with a contribution provide a diff and a reasoned rationale. Throwing wild and unsubstantiated allegations won't get us anywhere. I'm sure your aim is the same as mine, to improve the article, and I'm sure you'll agree that all the current agro is hindering rather than helping with that.
