The reason why I remove some content from those pages is because some information was already listed in the infobox, that information was the birth and death places. Most article leads don't include birth and death places, only birth and death dates. For example, this is the lead to Wilhelm II's article

"Wilhelm II (German: Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albert; 27 January 1859 – 4 June 1941) was the last German Emperor (Kaiser) and King of Prussia, reigning from 15 June 1888 until his abdication on 9 November 1918 shortly before Germany's defeat in World War I."

It should not say "Wilhelm II (German: Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albert; 27 January 1859 in Kronprinzenpalais, Berlin, Kingdom of Prussia – 4 June 1941 in Huis Doorn, Doorn, Nazi-occupied Netherlands ) was the last German Emperor (Kaiser) and King of Prussia, reigning from 15 June 1888 until his abdication on 9 November 1918 shortly before Germany's defeat in World War I."

The source states: "From the 1913 annual report of the New York Central System"

Which means the original material is now in the public domain.

There is a small technicality — the 1913 annual report is clearly in the public domain, while this site is undated and may not be old enough to qualify as public domain, but you cannot convert public domain text into copyrighted text simply by copying it at a later date. Ideally we would have a reference to the original annual report, but that might not be easy to find. I prefer that we not remove it as a copy file but add a reference. --S Philbrick (Talk) 14:35, 22 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
