That's still not how an unblock request works, but I'll bite.

It doesn't matter if you've made more good edits than bad. You're offered the privilege of editing with the understanding that you will use it to help improve Wikipedia. If you don't do so - even after a block and multiple warnings - then the offer is revoked. m.o.p 20:30, 29 October 2013 (UTC)
