Thanks for the response, I'm still figuring out how to use this thing so haven't replied on your page. Sorry for that, I will once I figure out if I'm doing it correctly MeanDean 11:19, 24 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Peace[edit]

I hereby present this dove as a symbol of peace between myself, TantalumTelluride, and MeanDean. I'm sorry about the misunderstanding. Please don't feel disouraged. We need you to continue contributing to Wikipedia.

It seems as though your "anonymous" edits at Auburn University were not intentionally disruptive. So, if you encounter any other problems, such as incorrect redirect pages or possible copyright violations, you can ask me how to handle them on my talk page.

By the way, your last reply was formatted correctly. It's usually acceptable to respond "underneath" a message by using one or more colons to indent your response, or alternatively you can start a new topic on the talk page of the user you want to address. I must warn you, though, that some users feel very strongly that one method is superior to the other and might have instructions at the top of their talk pages to always respond on my talk page or to always respond underneath the message to which you are responding. Don't let any of them scare you off. Wikipedia users are typically very forgiving, and any mistakes can always be reverted.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please continue tosign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. You can also create your own user page, which is the page that others see when they follow the link in your signature. Your user page is User:MeanDean. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Where to ask a question or feel free to ask me on my talk page. Once again, welcome! --TantalumTelluride 20:57, 26 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks TantalumTelluride :)
I don't think I could have hoped for a more diplomatic person to have dealt with.
