Thank you.

The article DNA Despot has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, individual animal, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki (talk) 16:10, 17 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on DNA Despot requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. ZappaOMati 23:27, 17 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please understand that a music artist can not have an article on Wikipedia unless that artist has received significant coverage in independent reliable sources, and has met at least one of the criteria in WP:MUSICBIO. ~Amatulić (talk) 23:47, 17 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on DNA Despot, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which articles can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:

  • It appears to be a clear copyright infringement. (See section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. However, even if you use one of these processes to release copyrighted material to Wikipedia, it still needs to comply with the other policies and guidelines to be eligible for inclusion. If you would like any assistance with this, you can ask a question at the help desk.

  • It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. I have restored it to your userspace at User:Mc ahmed 3man/DNA Despot for you to improve. It will need dramatic improvements before it is acceptable in main article space. You will not be able to move it to main article space without administrator help, because the article is still protected from recreation.
The article is currently a copyright violation of http://www.ourstage.com/DNADespot - we can't accept content that has been published elsewhere.
Another big problem is notability. Please see WP:MUSICBIO, which describes the criteria a music artist must meet before meriting an article on Wikipedia. ~Amatulić (talk) 17:45, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

sorry i deleted my previous answer cause i resolve the links problem and now its OK, please preview my improvements on User:Mc ahmed 3man/DNA Despot if every thing is OK please move it to the main space as an Wikipedia article if there is any mistakes please let me know and thanks for your kinds and Patience anي sorry again.Mc ahmed 3man (talk) 19:24, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The links weren't the problem. You need to fix the serious problems I mentioned above. To be more specific:
  • The article is a copy of http://www.ourstage.com/DNADespot and Wikipedia cannot use text copied from somewhere else. This is a copyright violation. Please see WP:COPYVIO for further guidance.
  • The sources referenced in the article do not constitute significant coverage. They are simply scans to verify facts, or descriptions (as in the case of the copied text). We need references to reviews by notable critics, articles in newspapers and magazines, evidence that the artist is being published by a notable recording label, and so forth.
  • The artist does not seem to meet any of the criteria listed in WP:MUSICBIO. Until the article contains proof (valid references) that he meets any of those criteria, the article would be speedily deleted again if it were moved into main article space.
  • The text does not conform to Wikipedia:Manual of style. We write prose in sentence case, not title case with every word capitalized. This, again, is a result of the copyright violation.
Until these problems are fixed, the article can't be moved to main article space. Please note that Wikipedia is not to be used to increase visibility or publicity of the subject. The artist must already be famous, and demonstrated to be famous, by having significant coverage (reviews etc.) in reliable sources and meeting a criterion listed in WP:MUSICBIO. ~Amatulić (talk) 19:41, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

ok ok now i understand what is the problem, listen now i talked with him and he is on work making album and he will be on a magazine and on a known record label now we hope just to unlock the protect from recreation, and he will ask Wikipedia later to create it after his album published and his interview on TV, now no body will try to recreate it,and i will not recreate it again and no body will, please that's the only thing we hope and please help me with this, just this favor and thank you, you are so kind and sorry for the Disturbance.Mc ahmed 3man (talk) 22:47, 22 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

can you answer my previous message please, thanks.Mc ahmed 3man (talk) 22:32, 25 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not a crystal ball — meaning, Wikipedia doesn't publish articles about potentially notable artists. Also, if you look at WP:MUSICBIO, you'll see the requirement is to release two albums from an important record label, not one. Or, he could have one album on a national music chart. Or coverage in multiple independent sources (not just one or two). Or any of the other criteria mentioned.
In other words, he must prove that he is famous before Wikipedia can have an article on him.
As I said before, please continue working on the article currently in your user space, User:Mc ahmed 3man/DNA Despot. After he becomes notable according to the WP:MUSICBIO criteria, get the article in your user space into proper shape, then write a note on my talk page and I'll unprotect it in main article space. ~Amatulić (talk) 23:46, 25 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
