This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of books). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

The plot section is long, which may not inherently be a problem, but it is completely unsourced. The sources on 'reception' are good. However, source 2 is really just a passing one, as it shows that JK Rowling had in fact aligned herself with gender critical figures, but it doesn't actually have anything to do with the novel.

Hi Asilvering! Thanks for the feedback. The source in question was meant to show that JK Rowling publicly aligned herself with gender critical figures in the 2010s. Caldwell's similarities to her, which I mention in the sentences immediately following this, are supported with citations from the book.
