I have noticed several cases of users contesting speedy-delete tags replacing them with {{hangon}} rather than adding it. I agree with you. I am not an admin, but if I were an admin, I would be really tempted to push it. It would raise my edit count significantly because that bot would not always beat me to vandals. Meh, the threat of de-sysopping for anyone who rogue blocks it normally keeps things moving ok. Ok, I don't know if that threat is actually out there but I figure thats why it hasn't happened more often. Sittin' on Top of the World[edit]

I transferred an article about the album by LeAnn Rimes from a page called Sittin' on Top of the World to a page called Sittin' on Top of the World (album), to free up 'Sittin' on Top of the World' so it can be used as a re-direct to this song (usually rendered as 'Sittin' on Top of the World' or 'Sitting on Top of the World'). This seems to be sensible as the song, which has numerous cover-versions, is bigger than LeAnn Rimes' album. If I've done this in an incorrect manner, I apologise. Actually, it generally takes more than one vandal edit in a short period of time to justify a block. And when that time does come, please make a report at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Reverted "vandalism?"[edit]

I notice that my additions to the Suzanne Shell article were reverted due to "vandalism."

I had added information about 1) a court case filed by Suzanne Shell where she made copyright claims. (Copyright issues were the reason there is an article at all.) and 2) a link to a police department press release that is relevant.

Office of Film and Literature Classification (Australia)[edit]

A legitimate edit of mine on the OFLC article was reverted, presumably due to the coarse language within the article. I was reverting changes to the article in which a user had censored profanity using asterisks (*). In the context of the article, the profanity was used in order to demonstrate the sort of coarse language which is permissable under the Australian classification scheme's 5 main rating categories.
