You are obviously still struggling with references, so you need to read WP:Referencing for beginners. The {{cite web ...}}, surrounded by <ref>...</ref> tags goes immediately after the text in the body of the article for which you wish to provide a reference, then the ==References== section with the {{reflist}} tag will show the references as footnotes in that section, linked by the reference numbers ^[1] in the body text.- David Biddulph (talk) 17:49, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
