Dear Llama man, Thank you for a cheerful welcome. Oma 04:15, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Your welcome, Oma! Hooray!

Images at your user page

Hello! I noticed you have several Fair use-licensed images at your user page. Unluckily, per the 9th Fair use criteria policy, images with such license can only be used in articles, as the Wikipedia Fair use exceptions does not include Talk pages or User pages. I advice you to remove the fair use images before someone else does. If you have any question, please contact me at User talk:ReyBrujo or at Wikipedia talk:Fair use. Thanks for understanding! -- ReyBrujo 03:26, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for the warning! I left a reply on the user's talk page. Hooray!

Thanks

Thanks for the welcome. I thought you were an admin, I guess you're just a nice person! Well thanks again T0mm0 17:28, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

Your welcome, for, well, the welcome. By the way, as you probably found out, you don't need to be an admin to be on the welcoming committee; basically, you just have to read about it and insert your name into Wikipedia:Welcoming committee/members.

Thanks for Welcoming and Vanalizing

Thanks for welcoming me to Wikipedia, and Vandelizing my Vandel Page.

Moo. Quack. Moo. Llama.

Yay! Welcoming is fun!

Fair use image

Um What the heck is a fair use image? The pic I have on my user page evedently iso ne but I dunno why and I love that pic. Please help! Baby Princess Peach 00:11, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

We probably tried to change that page almost simultaneously, but my edit overrode yours. I've had that happen to me as well. Sango123 23:58, 31 July 2006 (UTC)

Thank You for your welcome

I was finding it difficult to find resources for wikifying my first article and you helped tremendously.

Tapuahk 20:25, 7 August 2006 (UTC)

P.S. We should name you the unofficial "President of the Wikies" :)

Re: Editing archives

No problem. :) I've changed the section heading, myself, just to be sure nobody gets on you about it. If there were any other instances you'd like to switch to HTML, feel free. Luna Santin 01:46, 8 August 2006 (UTC)

sandbox

[1] That's ok, I wasn't talking about you. I just saw some guy using that vandalproof tool on an anon at the sandbox... seemed irregular. Don't want to drive away the n00bs and all :-) I was just messin' around anyway. Karwynn (talk) 22:58, 9 August 2006 (UTC)

Hello

Hello there, your thirteen year old you. I would be tempted to raise you to fourteen though. It really doesn't make a difference. How's life? How did you get into Wikipedia and what are your academic interests? Honestly, I couldn't care about any others. — [Mac Davis] (talk)

re:Welcome

Thanks man! What a nice welcome! I only had to wait two years for it :) (not that I did any editing). I feel like I'm a real member now! --Dami 01:07, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

Really...

Did I really get 1000 edits in a week? I suppose, it's because I'm making one edit per hour between 13:00 (UTC) and 03:30 (UTC) since it's summer, and it's not the school year. I get on Wikipedia a lot, oh 6 hours, 8 hours a day, most likely more. I'm suprised I got 1,000 edits in a week. Try making one edit per hour or more if you have time and see what happens to your edit counter. ForestH2 t/c 01:29, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

Barnstar

Thanks a ton for the barnstar! It made my day! Reywas92 19:40, 23 August 2006 (UTC)

Glad it's working out here

No problem on the welcome. Glad its working out for you here. If I can ever be of assistance, just drop a line. --Alabamaboy 01:34, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

Simcity

  • You may like one of the older Simcity games I remember. Not sure what version but it was one of the early ones. They made use of the word Llama often. Tuluvas2 19:40, 31 August 2006 (UTC)

Changing the "new messages" banner

Well to change it requires a knowledge of javascript, in which I have very little knowledge. However I do know some js programmers, and I might be able to do it myself. How do you want the banner to look?

Prodego talk 19:35, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

Ok, what exactly do you want the message to say? Prodego talk 23:27, 3 September 2006 (UTC)
Alright, give me a second. Prodego talk 01:21, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
Do a hard refresh of User:Llama man/monobook.js (ctrl-F5 should do it in Firefox or Internet Explorer). All code courtesy of en:User:Topaz. Note this is not fully tested, so let me (or Topaz) know if you find any bugs. Prodego talk 01:29, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
Ok, I'll take a look first, (Ok, I'm not the expert, but I want to make sure I didn't mess up). Please leave me a talk page message so I can test. Prodego talk 01:40, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

Ok, near as I can tell something is undefined. Needless to say this is a "Wait for the programmer" situation ;-). Prodego talk 02:07, 4 September 2006 (UTC)

Welcome to VandalProof!

Thank you for your interest in VandalProof, Llama man! You have now been added to the list of authorized users, so if you haven't already, simply download and install VandalProof from our main page. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me or any other moderator, or you can post a message on the discussion page. Prodego talk 01:27, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Are you logging in? (See number 2 of the error message). Do you have cookies enabled in Internet Explorer? These are the most common problems, if the answer is no to either switch it and try again. Let me know if you did do both these things. Prodego talk 19:55, 9 September 2006 (UTC)

Thank you for your welcome message

WP:WHMT

Hello. You may or may not remember this, but some time ago you signed up for a Hangman Tournament hosted here on Wikipedia. The next tournament is about to start, and I was just wondering if you were still interested in participating. If you are, please go to the page (linked above) and bold your name in the sign-up list. This will confirm your registration. If you are not interested any more, please feel free to remove your name from the list. If you haven't responded within 7 days, I will assume you are not interested, and remove you from the list.

Once you confirm your registration on the sign-up list, your waiting list spot will be confirmed. The first player on the waiting list who has confirmed their registration will be the first one to fill in any remaining spots that we may have.

If you think anyone else may be interested in this tournament, please drop them a note and ask them to sign up. Good luck, and I hope to see you at the tournament! If you have any questions, please contact me at my talk page. Ian Manka Talk to me! 13:50, 17 September 2006 (UTC)

Reference desk

Please don't vandalize the reference desk. -- 01:46, 24 September 2006 (UTC)

Actually anyone can take a prod off a page. Edit summarys are usually helpful but I was pretty sure it would go to AfD eventually anyway. What the annon did wasn't vandalism. Whispering(talk/c) 14:46, 30 September 2006 (UTC)
