A tag has been placed on Wayo (Musical Artist) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Penti until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article. DGG ( talk ) 19:17, 6 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

The article Ellisha Boie has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Appears to fail WP:GNG, as I'm not seeing significant coverage in independent reliable sources. The various claims for notability listed in awards appear to be non-notable as well, as I am unable to find any reliable independent source coverage of such awards.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hello Libdolittle. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to Black hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Libdolittle. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Libdolittle|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS (talk|c|em) 17:13, 9 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

A page you started (Kodjo Deynoo) has been reviewed![edit]

Thanks for creating Kodjo Deynoo.

I have just reviewed the page, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

Currently, the entirety of the subject's notability rests on the fact that they won a Blogcamp award, which I'm uncertain is a sufficiently notable award to satisfy WP:ANYBIO. Please provide more references to reliable sources (i.e. not blogs) that actually provide independent coverage of the subject, as opposed to just interviewing him or publishing his poems.

To reply, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Rosguill}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ .

Warning icon Libdolittle, unfortunately over the last few weeks, you have repeatedly tried to publish a BLP on this subject here under different titles, for example here Bobby Wealth C, and here Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Bobby Wealth Craig, and most recently here Bobby-C, despite it failing Wikipedia's criteria for notability. Per above, you have also been warned by other editors about removing WP:CSD tags on articles you have been involved with, as you did on Bobby-C. You seem to be involved with other "new" Wikipedia editors like Proof124 in this venture. Pinging RHaworth and Jimfbleak who might want to take a closer look at your activities in this regard and weather a degree of WP:SALTing is needed to stop this disruption to Wikipedia. thanks. Sockpuppet investigation[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Libdolittle, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
