Hi there. In answer to your question about references, the article currently relies on only a primary source. Have a look at the golden rule and the notability criteria for organisations - which applies to schools. That should give you an idea of the kind of references we need. OohBunnies! I declined the article because you copied and pasted the content from the article. It isn't an issue of reliability, it doesn't matter how reliable the source is, we still can't steal it. If you want to get the article published, you'll need to completely re-write it in your own words. (Do not just change the wording a bit, that wont help).
