Hello, I have noticed your addition of many links to the multimap site. Please read the wikipedia policies on spam and external links. The links need to be relevant and useful in expanding on the topic. Adding map links is not very helpful, nor it it very appropriate to be spamming articles. Please stop it. The coordinates have links to geodata and more links are not needed. The addition of the coordinates is helpful, the mindmap links, less so. Stadiums[edit]

I see you have been creating articles on stadiums of non-League teams. I don't feel that ground below the Conference North and South are worthy of articles in their own right, and can be covered within the articles on the clubs. Previously article on the majority of grounds below this level were merged into the main articles on the clubs, and I have done that with all the stadiums in the Isthmian League with the exception of Chelmsford's (as they'll be in the Conference South next season). Proposed deletion of Richmond Road ground[edit]

The article Richmond Road ground has been proposed for deletion. The proposed deletion notice added to the article should explain why.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

'Are'are language[edit]

The way to fix it is to update the x-ref to e17, but you need to be sure the new edition still supports the claim. (In most cases it will.) I updated the population data of 2,500 articles from e16 to e17 in the info box, so I didn't take the time to follow up on x-refs in the text, or to update the population claimed there. (I've been hoping for a year to get a group project going, so it wouldn't be so overwhelming, but no luck.)

BTW, a lot of times things cited to e16 are copied verbatim from Ethnologue, and may not be very encyclopedic anyway. — kwami (talk) 00:14, 24 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Fixing broken links[edit]

Thanks for taking on a tedious but very valuable job... Just to clarify on parameter usage: the |date= parameter is for the date the original webpage was published, and the |accessdate= parameter is for the date the original webpage was last accessed. You might want to know that apparently dead BBC links, like those you replaced with archive.org links at Bruno N'Gotty, can often be revived by taking the numeric part at the end of the dead url, e.g. take the 4243201 bit from http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/teams/b/bolton_wanderers/4243201.stm and put it into a url of the form http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/4243201.stm

Just a reminder that the accessdate parameter is for the date when the original webpage was accessed. That date is how we tell which archived version to add to the citation when there's a choice.
