Alyssa Milano[edit]

I noticed you had some problems with placing the picture in her article, the correct code for the picture you uploaded would be just 010.jpg‎. However, I also saw this picture is a promotional picture. These are only allowed if no picture under a free license is available and Image:Alyssa Milano visits USS Nimitz, june 2003.jpg is a free picture. This means I unfortunately have to undo your changes and propose the uploaded picture for deletion. - Dammit 21:56, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop uploading more pictures without any license, the current one on the article is perfectly fine. - Dammit 22:00, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicate images uploaded[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Alyssa Milano 2007.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you also uploaded the same image under the name Image:010.jpg. A tag has been placed on Jonathen Andrew Jones requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. — BillC talk 23:42, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your edits[edit]

Hello, I've noticed that you have created an article about yourself, added your birthday to 12 February, and added yourself to a list of famous residents of Dallas, Oregon. Please don't do this; Wikipedia requires that contents meets standards concerning notability. Thank you for your understanding. — BillC talk 00:17, 20 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
