BJT diagram mistakes[edit]
Good catch on finding the mistakes in the BJT diagrams. I uploaded new versions of the images with fixes. I based this on my old college textbook, and added a citation to that book for the NPN diagram in Bipolar junction transistor. I removed the errata you added since they are no longer needed. I was hoping you would take a look and make sure I didn't create any new mistakes! :) CosineKitty (talk) 19:19, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
- I believe your edits are correct and an improvement. I think some more work could be done in explaining the model as well as using a vector graphic instead of a PNG for the image. It was a good idea to remove the charge carrier indication as it wasn't clear what information those signs were meant to convey. Javirosa (talk) 01:57, 29 March 2010 (UTC)
