You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on User:Jamesseals/sandbox requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://www.forgottenmom.com/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Thanks for uploading File:Surgery of the Breast- Principles and Art.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. A tag has been placed on Draft:Danielle Russell - Edible Dee, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Deb (talk) 18:59, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Hello. I was indefinitely blocked. I first want to apologize for my actions. This is more out of me not knowing the guidelines, which is my mistake for not reading through them throughly. I want to extend my deepest apology for this. I only want to contribute in a way that is meaningful and not be a disturbance to Wikipedia. I ask that you accept my apology and left my block. In the future I will be sure to adhere to all policies and seek help through the proper channels before submitting any articles. I wish there was more for me to say, but there isn't. Again, my deepest apologies for my actions and I hope you can accept and help guide to me writing meaningful and helpful content properly.Jamesseals (talk) 19:13, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I feel much as deb does, and though you should answer the question they pose, I'm going to decline your request as some other things seem to be going on here. 331dot (talk) 08:10, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

This isn't detailed enough. Please explain why you were blocked in your own words and how you will contribute to the encyclopedia if unblocked. MER-C 19:31, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The reason for my block was basically due to my stupidity for not reading the policies and not knowing what Wikipedia considers promotion. It was my fault for not doing my due diligence. My main goal is to contribute to Wikipedia in a meaningful and helpful way. In no way did I intentionally mean to violate any of your policies. I believe it was due to my writing skills were also an issue and after reading my articles and then reading the policies, I can see exactly why I was blocked. I should have done this in reverse and had I done that, I would have known better and wrote my articles MUCH differently.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Jamesseals (talkcontribs)
In what meaningful or helpful way do you wish to contribute? Or to put it another way, what topics do you want to edit about? Do you have any connection to the topics you had edited about before? (You may respond with a standard comment, as you only need one open unblock request) 331dot (talk) 21:54, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The article I posted, the person contacted me and asked for my help with Wikipedia, but I do not have a personal connection to them, as it was a referral. I'm own a web development agency and several other businesses in South Florida and was only trying to help someone who asked for help. Personally, I a HUGE history buff and have spoken at the university level on the topic of Jazz History due to my encyclopedic knowledge on Jazz and music as a whole. I would love to contribute to Wikipedia in that way, adding about historical events, Jazz History, Music History. I would also love to contribute articles or edits in the IT and Web Development field, as i've been involved in that field for 15 years. You can verify my business by visiting https://www.thewebdesignhub.com (not promoting myself, just giving you a way to verify who I am). The first article I wrote about, The Camel, I went along with the subjects father while he rescued this camel from a horrible traveling petting zoo. He purchased the camel for $5,000 and it lives at his house now in Connecticut. He started a non-profit rescuing camels and has sense recused another camel, an alpaca and llama. I know I have meaningful content to contribute to Wikipedia, I just need help with my writing skills. Again, I meant no harm and should have read the policy. If you look at my message to the person that denied it before I was blocked, I asked for some guidance in writing, but I was blocked before I could receive the help requested.

It's going to be difficult for you to edit about web design since that is your field(see conflict of interest or this plain language explanation of conflict of interest), and the same goes for clients and those who have asked you to help them. History might be okay, though. Deb what would you like to see for an unblock here? 331dot (talk) 09:59, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I suppose we could give Jamesseals another chance provided that they undertake to edit only articles that do not relate to living people or commercial concerns. Also a change of username so that he isn't using the name associated with his professional life. The minute there is a hint of promotion or a COI, there'll be another permanent block. Deb (talk) 10:45, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
That's kinda what I was thinking. Jamesseals, if you agree with these things, I would be willing to remove the block. 331dot (talk) 10:49, 26 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, sorry for my late response. I just got back from burying a family member, who died from complications from Covid-19. I can agree that I will to only writing about history related items, but I would like to focus on Jazz History if that's possible?
For instance, I looked at Joshua Redman (jazz musican) is missing some SEVERAL albums in his discography that need to be listed, plus albums and performances where he was a guest artists on some very notable songs and apart of other jazz groups. Jazz History is something that i'm very passionate about and would love to write about. I feel like I could contribute a lot to that section of Wikipedia.

Please accept my condolences on your loss. I would like to hear from deb before proceeding. 331dot (talk) 23:58, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You've already heard from me, above. However, in the time since this user was blocked, another attempt to create the article was made by a user called "Ratc0r3", using almost identical words to the article that had previously been deleted. Perhaps Jamesseals could tell us, honestly, how this occurred - because I don't mind telling you I was rather annoyed by what appears to be an attempt to circumvent the guideline on advertising. Deb (talk) 07:01, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

- I'm not even sure what you're talking about. I haven't logged into Wikipedia since the last time I posted. My friend I was trying, I told her I got banned for my attempt to help her, so maybe she went another route, but I honestly don't have the time to deal with creating a new user, a new email and trying to get around a heavily bureaucratized system. I'm smart enough to know it would have been caught, so if you're accusing me of this, then you're wrong, because I have no clue what you're talking about or who this "RaTcor3" person is. If you don't want to allow me to post, then that's fine, but do not accuse me of something that I didn't do, because your accusation are unfounded and I take it quite personal when i'm being accused of something that I didn't do. I clearly apologized for my mistakes and meant it, but I will not beg. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.244.176.150 (talk) 12:30, 8 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
