Request reason:

I want to tell that I'm not a spamer! Good day, This morning I was very surprised to see so many people being in that small issue. Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Interface Designer I want to help you with your guesses and hypotheses. ==About the article and all the sites== This is a basic article en:World Marketplace, a system which has made for me and many of my friends for free (!) a lot of good thing's: they did it not even quite know me, and I just wanted to thank them by placing some articles about them in the WIKI. That's it: nothing more... World Hosting Provider - is a hosting which they are using. ==Again on about me== I'm not a spammer. I'm just a simple person. But, belive me, my computer knowledge is enough to make your programs not to see the creation of a new account or creation of my new articles. See my user folder about me. But I have no use for it and I absolutely distant from it. I hate smapers as you do and I neved spam. Second, account that I created on the weekend was made to remove the articles in the Vietnamese Wiki (I decided to facilitate this work for you and make the deletion). But not knowing what formula to put in the Vietnamese - I did a rollback. This Account 2 - I do not need and I'm closing it now in 2 minutes. (Sorry, I can not do it as I'm blocked by you as a spamer) For spam do not worry, once again. I'm not a spammer. I'm not going to spam in WIKI or go against your rules! I understand you: every day you fight with spam and spamers and have a profession tend to see in every human a spammer. That is normal. ==The project and all the sites that you put in the ban== It seems some of my articles have been made in vain. I made a serious mistake: could not restrain himself. The story is very simple: I was preparing articles for some time and put (2 of them) as bulk articles in my user folder: as I know by WIKI admins - I can do it. When this articles wer deleted - I was very much angry with this guy - as I had no copies of this articles. I had read the WIKI rules and know that deletion of something in the user folder - is not very good maner. The guy who deleted the article was not administrator. The next day same story was with my new articles. The guy who deleted the articles was not administrator as well and this why I think he is: vandal. As I got even no warning from him o any massige. To get support from the wiki administrator - he asked one of the WIKI's admins for help him in deletion of my articles. Revenge of the British admin on my letter about vandals was as follow: he told to his friends in WIKI to discredit me: remove some of my articles about World Marketplace and so on ... (Incidentally, the Chinese and Vietnamese complied with his team: and made removal: just in case ...) I think Russian and articles would be removed as well by his friends there. Blacken the person, in principle, turned out very easily. It is very pity that all that happen. About this arbitration. In principle, this is not an arbitration, this is called: lynching. Since you did not give the person the right to speak in his defense. You asked me just to watch how you degrade human. By blocking an account, you do not give a person speak. (Even if he is wrong) I have to write as an anonymous client hier. Sorry, to tell all this to you. Interface Designer Interface Designer (talk) 11:34, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

You have persistently used Wikipedia for promotion, you respond to anything you don't like with accusations, attacks, and a battleground mentality. Your level of competence in English is so low that much of what you write totally unusable. You have totally failed to respond constructively to attempts to help you understand better how Wikipedia works. I could go on, but that's enough to indicate that unblocking you would not help the project. JamesBWatson (talk) 16:34, 31 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

A friendly suggestion[edit]

Hi Interface Designer,

Recently you have been running afoul of Wikipedia's policies on advertising within articles. From your replies, it seems evident that you aren't entirely au fait with the way the encyclopedia works. That's fine - I was pretty confused when I started out as an editor, and so, I'm sure, were all the other people here.

As a philologist, you have a lot to offer the encyclopedia. Might I suggest, then, that you take a look at Wikipedia:WikiProject Languages, a collaborative Wikiproject dedicated to improving the coverage of languages on Wikipedia. Rather than struggling to get company information onto Wikipedia - a task which is delicate and can be quite inflammatory - why not cut your teeth on some of the Language Project's tasks first? This will give you an opportunity to get involved in Wiki-editing without a slew of warning templates burying your talkpage every time you do anything.

Just a suggestion, take it or leave it. All the best, Yunshui  13:08, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your a friendly suggestion[edit]

Wikipedia:WikiProject Languages is a very interesting Category for me. I think there is a lot to do there. Thank you very much for your help.

Recently I'm in VIKI for just 22 days. And in this case mistakes are inevitable. I am against aggression. It is best to help each other and help to correct mistakes than to destroy and to wage war. A bad peace is better than a good war.(悪い平和は良い戦争よりはましだ)

I would like to ask you: what I need to do or what marks I need to to put in the draft articles so that they are not removed and are not tagged as spams. What am I doing wrong when I prepare articles in my folder? /Interface Designer

As I see my article was removed from this folder again 2 hours ago and market sa spam.

Interface Designer (talk) 14:06, 28 October 2011 (UTC) Interface Designer[reply]

You can label your pages as drafts with the USERDRAFT template; just enter {{Userspace draft|date=October 2011}} at the top of the page. However, this doesn't protect the page from being deleted - the general speedy deletion rules apply to all namespaces, including userspace. The two most common violations in userspace drafts are promoting a business (there's nothing wrong with creating an article about a business, but you have to be careful with the language, especially if you have a conflict of interest) and copyright violations.
I suggested working in a different area of Wikipedia such as WP:LANGUAGE for a while because that way you can work on the encyclopedia without running into any COI issues. There are a lot of rules and policies governing Wikipedia, as you're finding out, and working in an area where you aren't so close to the subject matter is a good way of learning about them. I'd strongly advise against creating any more content, draft or otherwise, that directly relates to your business. If it's notable, someone else will write the article sooner or later.
Feel free to contact me on my talkpage if you need help. Yunshui  20:20, 28 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
