Regarding the Global Labor Arbitrage entry, you should investigate whether or not Comparative Advantage is an absolute or whether it is also possible for a trade relationship to involve Absolute Advantage. This op-ed by former U.S. Assistant Secretary of the Treasury to the Reagan Administration Paul Craig Roberts questions the dogma that Comparative Advantage is an absolute. Apparently even Ricardo himself said that the applicability of the theory depended on certain conditions:
