@General Ization: Ok, I'm knew to wikipedia editing, so I don't know how to add the citation. I have found a source however https://www.archives.gov/press/press-releases/2005/nr05-83.html

For future reference, how would I add a citation? I also noticed that someone changed the note so that it was no longer external, which I wasn't sure how to do either.
