Image copyright problem with Image:80845.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:80845.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. License tagging for Image:Pullup.gif[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Pullup.gif. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 14:09, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

Your images[edit]

Dude, next time you want to upload an image on wikipedia on which you own the copyright, please just put the text {{self|GFDL}} on the image's page. It will save everybody a load of trouble. Anyway, I'm going to assume that you licensed this image here on the GNU Free documentation license Borisblue 20:03, 22 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I can see by your name that you're passionate about this field, it seems we disagree about certain subjects yet I look forward to reaching a mutual understanding about various issues that relate to them. In particular I noted your objection to merging the first two, could we go into more about this? They just seem to have so much in common that separate pages seems pointless. A single article would also be easier to monitor for changes, such as disputes regarding whether or not the terms should refer to one's chin or one's forearm supi/pro nation. I think it's good to represent both the old and new usages. Limiting it to one seems silly, and by providing both, people get a better understanding of why people began to use 'chin' to refer to supination. Also, it seems like you keep plugging your own site, that's something you should discuss on the talk first if there's a conflict of interest. I especially do not advise injecting POV stuff like "#1 source". DB (talk) 22:05, 6 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Supine row[edit]

Please do not remove this variation without explaining what you are doing in your edit. Deletions are serious and should be declared and explained. Furthermore, please cease removing it until there is consensus on the talk page. I am restoring it. Thanks very much for going to the trouble of finding the Marines guide on pull-ups though, that is an excellent resource for Wikipedia. I added it, it's probably the best EL I can think of, probably better than ACE. DB (talk) 16:47, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That's fine, a gif would give people a better understanding of how it is a pull-up variations. I still learning how to wiki, the codes are what confuses me and how to communicate. I didn't relized my link was being removed by someone until I was banned. I though I was doing something wrong with saving it. I think Jamie is furious from deleting so manytime it can't be discussed. Its not even my website. I'm not sure if you will know if this message is here even. Weighted Pullup Record[edit]

Hi Steven,

I saw your edit to Talk:Pull-up (exercise) and was wondering if you could tell me about your training for the world record. How long did it take you to go from 300 to 400 pounds? --71.194.190.179 (talk) 01:47, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
