Edit warring[edit]

I have blocked User:Nickst for breaking the three-revert rule at Template:FIFA Club World Cup. Technically speaking you did not break the 3RR yourself, but your actions still constituted edit-warring and I'd advise you to avoid such behaviour in the future - I came within a hair's-breadth of blocking your account as well. I'm going to assume that the two IP editors who continued reverting Nickst were not you; if future investigation shows that they were, expect to be blocked for sockpuppetry. Ok, if you disagree with the removal of a speedy tag, you should list the article in question at WP:AFD. Be advised that continually listing the same articles would be considered disruptive and may lead to a block. As for mass renames, you have been asked to stop doing this. The admin who blocked me merely blocked me out of spite, it seems. Not even a 3RR. Interestingly, this came about after I mentioned that a suspiciously looking Tag Team was taking place especially when you see his pattern of edits. Never mind that the he blocked me for 3 days for almost nothing.

Decline reason:

Per WP:3RR, that "is not an entitlement to revert a page a specific number of times". You removed an AfD notice after a discussion was started, the text of the comment within the template makes it very clear that you cannot, and you were warned not to do so.
