Kolmogorov's two-series theorem

Hello. I've done some copy-editing on Kolmogorov's two-series theorem, bringing it closer to the norms of WP:MOS. Besides the blank "Proof" section, a deficiency was that no other articles linked to it. I've changed that by adding it to the list of probability topics, but probably there are a few others that should link to it. You may even know of some of those that would not occur to others.
