If you look at Wikipedia:Manual of Style (Islam-related articles)#Allah it says to replace Allah with God. Also If you look at God and God in Islam you can see that they are about the monotheistic deity. The second is of course specifically the Islamic view, while the fist is about God as it applies to Christians, Jews, Muslims and others. Finally if you look at Allah you can see that it is just an Arabic word that means God. The word is not only used by Muslims but also by Arabic speaking Jews, Christians and Baha'is.
