Adding unsourced promotional material[edit]

Information icon Please do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Andrés Useche. I have sources to backup the information, I've uploaded:
In 2014, Colombian-American writer, film director, and activist Andrés Useche traveled to Lorain, Ohio, for a special benefit concert called the 'Sing a Song of Freedom Concert.' The event, hosted by Sacred Heart Chapel and HOLA (an organization aiding families dealing with deportation), aims to raise awareness about the challenges faced by undocumented Mexican immigrants in Lorain. Lorain Police Chief Cel Rivera invited Useche to shed light on the issue, emphasizing the plight of immigrants who live in fear despite being active contributors to their community. Useche hopes the concert will encourage people to come out of the shadows and be accepted for who they are. The event, featuring Useche and special guest musician Justo Saborit, takes place at Lorain High School, and tickets are available for $10. The ultimate goal is to create awareness and support for undocumented immigrants facing challenges in the community.[4]

In 2022, Andrés Useche convened a panel at Comic-Con International. The panel, consisting of award-winning writer/director and composer Andrés Useche, Maytha Alhassen from Hulu's "Ramy," cinematographer Daniela Munoz-Useche, and Janina Scarlet of Superhero Therapy, delved into the ways in which filmmaking, comics, and transmedia can amplify the voices of underrepresented individuals, pay tribute to real-life heroes, and contribute to the pursuit of greater justice, empathy, and equality. The presentation featured brief screenings, an international premiere, and a curated exploration of Useche's collaborations with activists, artists, and global leaders, both locally and internationally. (1) You need to follow the directions at WP:CITE. (2) You need to follow the directions in the WP:COI notice at the top of this page. OhNoitsJamie Talk 23:36, 27 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've never met him so idk how the COI would impact me. I guess wikipedia is also corrupt. SMH EcoEmpathizer (talk) 13:18, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think you're being honest. COI goes beyond whether or not you've met someone; it also includes being paid to write about someone. OhNoitsJamie Talk 16:29, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
