Personal attack[edit]

Please do not attack other editors, which you did here: Talk:Szechuan cuisine. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --Wirbelwindヴィルヴェルヴィント (talk) 04:01, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Personal attack removed[edit]

The personal attack was removed from the Talk:Szechuan cuisine page, Djwatson. Please do not add it back to the page as it is a violation of WP:NPA and WP:CIVIL. Thank you for your cooperation. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 05:22, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Szechuan vs Sichuan[edit]

You removed comments made by me on the Talk:Szechuan_cuisine. These comments were not a "personal attack". It seems a little dodgy to me, that both you and the other user in question both share very similar interests and user pages. Your removal of my comments is biased and unfair. If it was a personal attack (which it was not) you are surely aware that "The community has not reached a consensus about whether personal attacks should be removed". Instead of ruining the debate, and unfairly removing comments, you should try contributing to it. Djwatson 05:28, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The comments were certanly a personal attack ("You're obviously little more than wapanese undergrad (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Wapanese) with no idea about China, the language, the culture and the cuisine. Fool.") I'm not sure how you can view these comments as anything other than a personal attack. As for my alleged bias, feel free to have any other admin offer an opinion on this. Your comments were removed per the guidelines here. Feel free to re-add your comments again without attacking the others in the discussion. Thanks. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 05:35, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I agree that the above sentence was personal attack, however that is no reason for people to remove your entire comment. I have restored your comment but removed the personal attack. It would be helpful if all parties calm down a little and follow our civility policies. Cheers! Seven Pounds, WP:SPOILER[edit]

You are wrong, it is against Wikipedia policy to put spoiler warnings in any page relating to fiction. Do not do it again as it will be considered vandalism. Darrenhusted (talk) 13:35, 6 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
