Speedy deletion of "Sona Valliappa Group"[edit]

Sona Valliappa Group, a page you created, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it is obvious advertising or promotional material..

You are welcome to contribute content that complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Thank you. -- haminoon (talk) 11:37, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Deb. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions because they appeared to be promotional. Speedy deletion nomination of Vee Technologies[edit]

Hello Dinuseo,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Vee Technologies for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Lithopsian (talk) 14:33, 2 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Your email[edit]

Sorry to inform you, but your page, Vee Technologies, was already deleted. I merely tagged the talk page (Talk:Vee Technologies), as, in general, we don't have talk pages without a matching article. If you want to keep working on a copy, you can do so as a draft. I have created Draft:Vee Technologies for you to work on, with no fear of deletion (for at least 6 months, anyway.) Best of luck and happy editing! Avicennasis @ 09:14, 5 Tevet 5777 / 09:14, 3 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Correct. getyourwiki.com is NOT affilated with Wikipedia in any way - they are a scam. Do NOT give them any money. Avicennasis @ 10:52, 5 Tevet 5777 / 10:52, 3 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Vee Technologies has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Only one source offered and it doesn't even mention the subject. Googling, I was unable to find even one reliable independent secondary source to support notability. I don't believe such evidence of notability exists.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Msnicki (talk) 23:27, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Your contributions are suggesting violations of policies WP:What Wikipedia is not and attempts to use Wikipedia as this is entirely unacceptable and will lead to serious consequences if continued, since these policies are applicable to all. SwisterTwister talk 05:56, 3 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Chocko Valliappa.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Chocko Valliappa.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F11 of the criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Train2104 (t • c) 02:07, 4 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

October 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello, Dinuseo. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies.

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. —SpacemanSpiff 09:07, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Sona College of Technology.png requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —SpacemanSpiff 09:11, 26 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

You've uploaded images from over 20 years ago, published in Deccan Chronicle etc as your own work and continue claiming them to be your own. Also, you've been violating our terms of use, so you've been blocked. —SpacemanSpiff 11:14, 14 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you continue these emails and posts then your email and talk page access will also be removed. Wikipedia is not an advertorial venue for you. —SpacemanSpiff 13:46, 14 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
