300 Mhz corresponds to 1 meter, not 100 cm (speed of light is approximately 3x10^8 m/s and 300 MHz = 3x10^8 /s, speed = wavelength x frequency)

Also, 300 GHz corresponds to 1 mm, not .1 cm as indicated.

Many of the wavelengths are off by a factor of 10.
