"Prince of Darkness"

Dan, I notice you're also undoing the vandalism done by the aforementioned chowderhead. how should we go about doing it? --=CJK= 22:07, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Dan, whoa, already did that. I don't want you wasting your time. Help me with this idiot on the Template:KimPossible page. --=CJK= 22:26, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

I believe that this "Malevious" person is another username for "The Prince of Darkness". A sock puppet, i think it's called. --=CJK= 22:28, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

New Jersey Transit fare zones

You seem to be doing a lot of work on New Jersey Transit railroad stations. Can you send me a list of fare zones? I never got them when I added new infoboxes. ---- DanTD 21:08, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

    • After their recent fare hike, they published a great table listing the zones in grid fashion, but that seems to have been deleted off their site. Click on http://www.njtransit.com/sf/sf_servlet.srv?hdnPageAction=TrainTimeTablesTo for links to timetables for each of the lines. The ones I've checked have a fair grid that shows stations grouped into zones. I hope this helps. Alansohn 21:25, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for editing my article about North Jersey Coast Line

I am very glad that you paid attention to this article and correcting my mistakes. Sometime I get out to NJ Transit and ride it. But most of hte time I sit in front of my computer.

  • As I see from your userpage, you have a very interesting profile and many accomplishments in a life. I am very glad that there are WIKI templates for some of our common view points. I will use them on my page. Thanks

I also remember the old technology, such as

Vinyl records, reel tapes, rotary phones, etc. I had a lot of this stuff in Ukraine, in times of USSR. I just immigrated in USA after the fall of USSR. However 8-track tapes, I never had. Yet, one of my first music centers in US had a slot for an 8-track.

Pinellas County routes

I'm actually basing this off the List of county routes in Salem County, New Jersey, which I improved upon from the List of county routes in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Personally, I don't see a need for notes on a table like this; if someone wants to know more information about a road, couldn't they just click on the link to that CR? Granted, they're not all working, yet, but I'm trying to keep the length down as much as possible. There's only 70ish routes for Salem Co., but the page is already up to 31KB, so I can just imagine how long this page will be with almost 50 (known) roads and notes for each. If you think it'd be best, and it's stuff that can't wait until the articles are created or must be separate from each individual article, I'll put a notes section, but I usually only see the need for notes if there will be no article for that section, like an interchange. Lemme know what you think! EaglesFanInTampa 20:18, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

Thanks, but if you noticed the footnote next to the mileage on CR 501, I've already included that information. I'm going to have to wait until FDOT releases the updated numbers until I can correct it. Thanks for being diligent, nonetheless ;-) EaglesFanInTampa 19:22, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

N4 at Jamaica

The routes in the entry are described as follows: " The area just outside is served by the Q24, Q30, Q31, Q43, Q44, Q54, and Q56 bus routes.". The N4 stops about three to four blocks away from Jamaica Station, which is probably not under the definition of "just outside". I wouldn't mind if there was a sentence there saying many more routes are available in the vicinity, since there technically are. Pacific Coast Highway {talkcontribs} 20:19, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

USRD Inactivity check and news report

Hello, DanTD. We had a few urgent matters to communicate to you:

  1. Please update your information at Wikipedia:WikiProject U.S. Roads/Participants, our new centralized participant list. Those who have not done so by October 20th will be removed.
  2. There are important discussions taking place at WT:USRD relating to whether WP:USRD, WP:HWY, or the state projects should hold the "power" in the roads projects.

Re: Morristown Station?

I don't remember directly, but looking at what links there, it probably was New Jersey, because the link is mentioned in an item allotting funds to station improvements in Newark as well (November 2005 in rail transport#November 27 - November 30). Is there another station in Morristown besides the NJT station there? Slambo (Speak) 16:56, 28 September 2007 (UTC)
