Fair use rationale for File:Moulin Rouge AlternateCover.JPG

Thanks for uploading File:Moulin Rouge AlternateCover.JPG. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.

Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 18:41, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Rihanna Good Girl Gone Bad- Reloaded Album.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Rihanna Good Girl Gone Bad- Reloaded Album.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:40, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Coldplay covers

Please do not replace covers with larger versions. Per our WikiProject guidelines and our non-free content guidelines, album covers rarely need to be larger than 300 by 300 px. J Milburn (talk) 20:58, 10 June 2009 (UTC)

Shakira discography

Please stop reverting this page, as you've done twice now. The formatting of the article has been cleaned up, and several sales claims without any sources or citations were removed, and your reverting is putting all of that back into the article. If you want to remove something or rearrange the albums that's one thing, but do not undo constructive edits. Thanks. - eo (talk) 17:21, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Shakira discography, you will be blocked from editing. - eo (talk) 17:24, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Stop reverting

Your reverts are placing unsourced sales claims back into the article. Your formatting is not correct and adds unneeded whitespace also.

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as those you made to Shakira discography. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. - eo (talk) 17:28, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

re: Stop you

Read my comment again. If you need to change the order of the albums that's fine, but do not just revert. By doing so, you are going back to a version of the page which has unsourced sales claims and incorrect formatting mistakes (including whitespace). - eo (talk) 17:31, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Yes, absolutely - if the albums are in the wrong order, just edit the page and move them around so that they are correct. If you look at the diff between your edit and mine, you'll see that there are some sales figures in there which I removed because there was no source for them. Also the {{-}} tag creates a large whitespace before the albums table which is not needed. Stuff like that was cleaned up and your edits were putting them back in, so just be careful about that. - eo (talk) 17:45, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Your recent edits

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:42, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

File permission problem with File:Libido Group.jpg

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Libido Group.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. 72.88.35.224 (talk) 02:53, 14 August 2009 (UTC)

Shakira's sales

Hi, I am just using the sales Shakira has in her OFFICIAL WEBSITE http://www.shakira.com/biography/ and a report from BMI: http://www.bmi.com/news/entry/535199 . There they said that Londry Service has sold 13 million not 20 million. I think they made a mistake in this page http://shakira.com/discography/index/album/albumId/7/tagName/Albums and your second source is from 2007 like the BMI report where sales are 13 million. Your source said that Shakira has sold 50 million album WW. If you add 4 million Pies Descalsos, 10 million ¿ Donde Están los ladrones?, 20 million Laundry Service, 4 million Fijación Oral Vol. , 8 Million Oral Fixation Vol. 2, 5 million MTV Unplugged, 3,5 million Live & off the Record, 1 million The Remixes, 3.5 million Grandes Éxitos and 0.5 million Oral Fixation Volumes 1&2 that will make in total 59,5 million albums, more than your own source that say 50 million. People can make mistakes and I am sure that as much as I love Shakira, Laundry Service sales aren’t 20 million. Sorry for my english, Thanks--Albes29 (talk) 14:40, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
