Propose moving HD 144579 to Gliese 661

Hi. I thought that "Gliese 661" would be a better home for HD 144579 (leaving a link from HD 144579 though) as it's a more-commonly used reference for that star, and it indicates that it's a nearby star. As you're the main other editor for the page, I thought I'd check with you first to see if you had any objection. Metebelis (talk) 05:39, 15 February 2012 (UTC)

I've been WP:Bold and gone ahead. Metebelis (talk) 09:38, 19 February 2012 (UTC)

Hi. Metebelis.

Where creating a stub, I have used the Star's name that appears in either disambiguation list, subject lists (ussually list of brightest nearby stars) or on constellation pages.

I have no objection as such to the changes you proposed but ask that a redirection page for either of "Gliese 661" or "HD 144579" be provided as there may be several other pages that still link to "Gliese 661" and I can't remember what they all were...

Thanks

WikiProject assessment tags for talk pages

Thank you for your recent articles, including Jakub ze Żnina. When you create a new article, can you add the WikiProject assessment templates to the talk of that article? See the talk page of the article I mentioned for an example of what I mean. Usually it is very simple, you just add something like {{WikiProject Keyword}} to the article's talk, with keyword replaced by the associated WikiProject (ex. if it's a biography article, you would use WikiProject Biography; if it's a United States article, you would use WikiProject United States, and so on). You do not have to rate the article if you do not want to, others will do it eventually. Those templates are very useful, as they bring the articles to a WikiProject attention, and allow them to start tracking the articles through Wikipedia:Article alerts and other tools. This can help you too, as the WikiProject members will often defend your work from deletion and try to improve it further. Feel free to ask me any questions if you'd like more information. Also, you may want to review the history of this article and Heinrich von Wülzburg and Bogumił (Archbishop of Gniezno) for other fixes I made. Please use our wiki ref system instead of the html sup, and add interwiki links, stub templates and categories.
