Barbados[edit]

Just FYI, there are rumours around that Barbados may finally hold a referendum on becoming a republic quite soon. —Nightstallion 22:30, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You very much! But it's rumour need verification. Moreover, I'm not sure, that Barbadian Government have enough time to prepare to referendum for less then a moon. CrazyRepublican 01:37, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, I believe about a month would be enough, technically -- I'm just worried that people might feel not informed enough or vote against it to vote against the government... —Nightstallion 12:42, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I see that mistakes of Australian Republican referendum of 1999 didn’t teach Barbadians to anything. I think, that Barbadians (both government and it opponents) very want to study on themselves mistakes. I sent a letter about it to L. Holden today. CrazyRepublican 22:24, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, but I don't celebrate Halloween. Too kitsch and American for my liking. No such luck with the Barbados' situation sorry. --Lholden 09:41, 31 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Barbados referendum[edit]

There's not much for me to add - as I've said on my blog, they're going about the right way of losing a referendum. It's not like it's difficult to make the change though, I mean Trinidad and Tobago did it during the 90s. --Lholden (talk) 19:53, 13 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

-- It did it in 1976.

My page[edit]

If you think I should change something, tell me so on my talk page -- I prefer to edit my page myself, especially if other people rearrange it completely instead of changing some minor mistake (while at the same time forgetting to close an HTML tag and thus obliterating the whole of 2008 from the visible document). *coughs* Thanks. —Nightstallion 01:10, 29 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Edit summaries[edit]

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary to your edits. A few editors (including me, earlier today) have reverted some of your edits (such as here) because they appeared to be vandalism, when a simple edit summary would have let us realise why you did what you did. Edit summaries make it a lot easier and quicker for everyone to figure out what an edit was. Just a heads up! Thanks. • Anakin (contribscomplaints) 23:22, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No, sorry for the confusion. You were correct. But you didn't explain your source, or what you were doing. So User:TheProf07 reverted your edit and put it back because it looked like you were just removing a correct fact. When I investigated further I (eventually) removed it again, as you had done, and explained it. But it would have easier if you had explained in the edit summary. • Anakin (contribscomplaints) 00:29, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Thanks!CrazyRepublican (talk) 00:32, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Saint Vincent[edit]

Thanks for the heads-up! :-) --Lholden (talk) 00:57, 15 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I saw what you wrote on Lholden's talk page about St Vincent and their republican referendum. I don't know if you knew but they've voted NO on a republic. HM The Queen is still head of state there. The C of E (talk) 17:57, 11 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

April 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did with this edit to 2010 Kyrgyzstan riots, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Falcon8765 (talk) 21:49, 8 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

January 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not replace pages with blank content, as you did with this edit to Template:Country data Mount Athos, as this is confusing to readers. The page's content has been restored for now. If there is a problem with the page, it should be edited or reverted to a previous version if possible; if you think the page should be removed entirely, see further information. Thank you.
