Fishing industry in New Zealand[edit]

Please do not change the name of an article unless you are sure it is uncontroversial. Otherwise you should open a section on the article talk page and make a proposal with reasons why you think the name change is a good idea. In the recent name change you made, you claimed the existing name of the article was a "grammatical error". It was not a grammatical error. About 30 other articles on Wikipedia start with "Fishing industry in ...", and taken together they form a grouped topic. If you want to change the names of articles, you should first study the Wikipedia guidelines on renaming articles. In addition, I am not clear why you think a redirect like this one is a good idea. Please read the guideline on creating redirects. — Epipelagic (talk) 22:53, 31 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Locked Out[edit]

Hello, I am the IP address of User:CityOfSails. I have been attempting to log in to that account but it kept saying Password Inccorect. I then requested a password reset email but it did not arrive. Now I have been completely locked out of Wikipedia. I cannot attempt to log in again with my password because it has been reset. I also cannot request another password reset email because Wikipedia would not send two reset emails to a single email address in one day. Can an admin please help me? 122.60.168.131 (talk) 00:59, 4 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not aware of any way an admin can help. The standard advice is Help:Logging in#What if I forget the password?. Since you are not getting the password reset email, you might check if your email is working, and look at the spam folder. Try the password reset again tomorrow, not that I can see why the result would be different. You may need to create a new account here. Post a brief explanation of what happened to the user page of that account, just to be completely above board.
If you think someone else has guessed your password and taken control of the account, please post at the administrator's noticeboard with a request that the account be blocked. It would be difficult to prove this unless the account continues to make edits.-gadfium 01:27, 4 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
