Regarding your reversion of my edit to "Statutory college"[edit]
Greetings and felicitations. I noticed that you reverted my edit to the Statutory college article with the comment "US standard is to place final punctuation inside closing quotation marks, and this is an article about an American institution; undid revision 1027755503 by DocWatson42". I moved the period per MOS:INOROUT, since the period is not part of the quotation. (See, for instance, Yagoda, Ben (13 May 2011) [12 May 2011]. "The Rise of 'Logical Punctuation'". The Good Word. - MOS seems to "recommend" rather than "require" LQ, and the principal document advocating for LQ is an essay. To an educated American, I must say, it is jarring to encounter, but I do not care enough about this to make an issue of it.
